The effects actually work as I was much more focused throughout the days I took it. It’s not the best tasting but for the return in effects it’s good. I’d say it’s high quality ingredients

The taste is so much better then most tinctures. It has a sweet flavor, grapefruit juice covers this up very well. I did notice a difference with how I was feeling. I did feel calmer and more relaxed.

I've only used it for three days but starting to dread taking it as it has a horrible lingering taste that stays with you even after you have chases it with other liquid. Ew
