The color was a perfect match for my new loveseat. Since I used to have a recliner, I quickly realized an ottoman would be nice. The size is large enough for my long legs to get full support. Just screw on the feet and you are good to go. The top has three small posts that makes for a snug fit. The only issue I have is that one of the buttons popped off after about two weeks. I will be contacting the seller about that and hope they will help me out. If they do, I will update this to FIVE stars. 👍Update: I tried to just get a new button, or even just the lid to the ottoman. But they sent the entire product to replace the original one I got that lost a single button. All handled by a representative, free return shipping. 5 🌟

Once assembled these look good, but as you are assembling them the fit and finish has a lot to be desired.These come completely disassembled in 6 pieces. You put the sides together into a locking metal bracket, then screw on the bottom. The screwdriver provided will most definitely give you blisters, use a proper one. But we ran into the issues with alignment of the bottom piece, its a tad too long on one side and about 3/4 of an inch short on the other. The base is square so rotating it does not change anything. So you sort of have to wedge it in there. This creates problems with screw alignment. All of them still make it into wood on the other side but you do have to be careful not to miss.The leg holes are all over the place, once assembled its hard to tell, but they are not in a square orientation, some are closer to the edge than others (see picture). One of the two we bought also wobbled, but they provide spacers to sort of fix that.Do not trust any of the arrow stickers on it, if you want things to be aligned and close properly you will have to figure out yourself where to screw in the hinges and the holding mechanism. For holding mechanism especially you will likely need to screw it in farther away from the edge on the lid for it not to scrape and tear up the leather on the inside (we put felt tape on it too for protection).Overall they look good, and once assembled all these problems are not noticeable. Assembly of one takes maybe 20 minutes.

For my feet and for my books. This is a great find. Was easy to sssemble and I love how it’s the same color as my chair.

I was pleased when I got mine. I have been looking for a long time. Purchased 5 locally and had to return. They were either too small, too big, cheap quality, too light. Everytime you put your feet up they would slide. I like everything about this new one. Like the looks, actually big enough inside to hold 2 blankets, heavy enough not to slide, not too big or too small. Just have to screw on the legs, so easy. Perfect for my house..♥️

Was so excited when this arrived & now VERY disappointed! Instructions are only pictures & says/shows nothing about the arrows on the sides. After getting longer screws because they weren’t long enough to go into the bottom piece, we got the bottom attached to the sides & then realize that the side walls are in the wrong place. The arrow on the side wall needs to go on the left side so it is closest to the back wall with the 2 arrows on it. So now we take it apart & start over. Finally the walls are in the right position, the bottom is attached again with my liner screws & we can put the top on. Only to realize that there’s only 1 hole for the center screw of the hinge. Okay now we need the drill. Attach the hinges for the top & put the side hinge/closing hinge on & close it only to see that the top is not centered on. Taking a good look at it, I don’t feel that I could shift the top over because it’s a small amount to move & would hit the existing screw holes. From the side the metal connecting plates are visible some. The legs are also in different positions.A LOT OF ISSUES!!!VERY DISAPPOINTED in this product!!! DON’T waste your money!!!

The bench is absolutely beautiful. It is sturdy and roomy and comfy and just the right height unlike others. I did have an issue with a hinge piece and contacted the distributor. They responded the next day and asked me to take a picture of the part along with info to identify the piece and said they would send a replacement out immediately. They did exactly what they said. I love my new bedroom piece.

Different reviewers have received the ottoman in different states of assembly. Some got it fully assembled. Some got it with markings on where to put the hinge screws in the bottom. Mine arrived completely disassembled and without any markings or pre-drilled holes to indicate where the hinges for the bottom should be placed. I gave up after an hour or two and today I had two other people helping me. Because it's not perfectly square, aligning the front can misalign the back. See my finished pictures. We did as well as we could It's not perfect. Quality is good otherwise. We are treating it with water repellent so the beige can be cleaned pictures show how we assembled it. First marked on the bottom the location of the hinges on the top. Then unscrewed the hinges on the top. Then drilled holes and inserted screws on top and bottom. It is very difficult because the top moves when you try to open it to screw on the hinges. Needed two other people to hold it in perfect position so it didn't move before I marked where the holes go. Instructions are pictures only and totally worthless. Manufacturer absolutely has to pre-drill the home the holes in the bottom before they send it out.
