The media could not be loaded. My rabbits absolutely love the taste of this hay! When you open the box, the amazing smell of fresh cut hay hits you immediately! It is great quality. Looks & smells very fresh, it's soft & beautifully green. The hay is cut in nice long, hardy pieces. There is a small amount of dust in the box, as to be expected, but it's a very reasonable amount. This box will last my two rabbits a good while, I've been feeding it for a week now & haven't really even made a dent in it! I'll definitely be a repeat customer! 👏🏻

I have bought this brand before, I’m just buying a smaller box as my previous (larger) rabbit passed and I have a smaller rabbit now. I don’t use it nearly as fast.The hay is great. It ALWAYS smells fresh and looks green. I have NEVER had a problem with musty or brown hay! Don’t just take my word for it though, the proof is in the rabbit! All three of my bunnies have loved this brand of hay.Yes, it is a bit pricier than the popular mass produced pet store brands. But, considering the quality and freshness, it’s worth it. Less wasted chaff and odd bits as well.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I've been buying this brand for over a year and never had I had a disappointment. The best value for my money and the hay quality is excellent. Fast delivery even with UPS.

This is the poorest excuse for hay I have ever bought! It is dirty, dusty, brown, full of brown weeds, thick stalks, no Timothy tassle. This hay was nothing like described! You claim to have same high quality hay in a box with no frills. The only thing was yes it was in a box. No plastic bag or clip. Just awful hay my Guinea pigs won't eat. Please do better ! Say what you mean and mean what you say! Sick of getting mislead and disappointed!

Great value. Lots of hay It will last my piggie awhile. Not finding too many fuzzies though that my piggie loves.

As many others have said, this hay is packed in just the box, which is great (yeah less plastic!!) and yes; they pack a lot in there! It smells and looks fresh. The piggies are eating it just fine and while it has some dust, it's not any worse than any other hay we've dealt with.However, most of the pieces are so long that we found it difficult to work with; at first, I tried cutting the long pieces down but that got old reallllly fast! It creates a huge mess when we try to get any out of the box and without cutting it down, we couldn't get it into our hay feeder so we ended up putting it in a flat dish which our piggies would then pee in, so we ended up wasting way more then we normally would.Because of the long pieces, I think I will have to try again with another brand to see if I can find that perfect hay that I'm looking for:)

EDIT! I am subscribed for this hay and while it is the best out there the last 2 deliveries were much more dusty. Not good for our bunny. I started buying pet select because the other hays are so short and mostly junk hay. This brand is a clear winner and I hope it is just because this is the last of the winter stores of hay!This is the best! it is our first order but it is soooo much better than the other brands! The other brands have become cut so small and full of dust that it should not be considered hay. We have a bunny and the dust from the other brands affected his health. This is sweet smelling, green and long strands with seed heads. It is an enorous amount for the money! Bunny LOVES this hay and so do we. Thank you for providing this!!

We are pleased with the quality of the hay! Our guinea pigs love it. We appreciate the simple packaging and lack of plastic!! It smells and looks very fresh as well. We will definitely be repeat customers. We are happy to support a small family business! The price per lbs cannot be beat either. Also, we were pleasantly surprised by the quicker than expected shipping.
