Tiptree Lemon Curd, 11 Ounce Jar (312g)

I'm only upset that I've lived as many years as I have without trying lemon curd. This is my first purchase of this lovely product. I don't know what other brands taste like, and I don't think I care. This is lovely: lemony, buttery, and decadent. The texture is smooth and it has such a nice consistency. I need to buy another jar or two to have on hand. For those complaining of price: I think it's completely fair. This is just YUM.

UPDATE: Changing from 3 stars to 5 stars because I found a great use for this with its high sweetness!.... Mix one 11 oz jar Tiptree Lemon Curd with two smoothly melted 8 oz bricks of cream cheese (16 oz cream cheese total) and pour into 4 to 6 parfait cups (based on size preference) with graham cracker crust (1/1 ratio graham crumb/sugar combined with a bit of melted butter to your ideal consistency) added into bottom of cups (and in a mid layer if desired) for an amazing no bake lemon cheesecake parfait! (Optional: when mixing filling, add some fresh lemon zest and/or fresh lemon juice to punch up the tartness to your own taste preference!) Consistency of dessert after refrigerated will be thick like pudding. Enjoy!!! PREVIOUS: Very sweet! Needs more tartness imo. Some lemon zest would be a welcome addition, as it is not as strong of lemon flavor as I was hoping. It's more almost like a lemon/vanilla mingled thing going on due to the sugar getting in the way. Bring down the sugar, punch up the lemon. Then it would be a clear winner. Seems lemon stuff is always lacking and honestly wondering what has happened to lemon recipes or perhaps lemons themselves in the past decade to cause such disappointment. Too much sugar in our culture!!!!! (Just like chinese food general tsos in America is never spicy anymore! Enough with the excessive sweetness in everything!!!!)

Absolutely delicious 🤤 ! It's the perfect mix of sweet & lemon. Amazing & so many possibilities! Aside from the obvious spread on bread , muffins, ect. I feel like this could be the best pie filling. It has the perfect texture & sugar content . Quality & taste definitely get a 10 out of 10 ! I will be ordering more & it's a great stocking stuffer

Tlhis Lemon Curd is absolutely divine! The flavor is prefectly LEMON! I used it for some desserts I made over the holidays and everbody comment on the great lemon flavor. I have order more just to have it on hand. Buy it, you will not be sorry!!

We wanted to try the lemon curd. It’s very good. Delicious even. Like another reviewer mentioned, it’s a tad too sweet. I would have preferred a less sweet, more tart version. That said, it’s still really good and you have to taste it for yourself as everyone’s taste is different. It’s worth buying. My husband agrees also with this. If you want a sweet treat have this with a biscuit.

I love this stuff. Has a sweet lemony taste. If you like lemon, this will change your life. It is a little pricey but that's because it is imported from the UK. It's legit. It is a smooth spread and you can eat it on toast or a croissant or mix it in with yoghurt or overnight oats.

Just the right balance of sweet and tart. We serve this on pound cake with whipped cream on top. It is the perfect easy delicious desert for busy week night meals. It tastes indulgent and makes a perfect treat it also pairs well with candied pecans.

If you enjoy pancakes, waffles or just toast Tiptree Lemon Curd is a game changer. Just put it on your waffles, pancakes or toast top it off with whip cream which makes it look and taste amazing! It's better than IHop ! I love it.
