ベンチプレスをする時ブリッジを組むのですが、私は大変体が硬く、高く組もうと意識するとどうしても腰部を反らしているようで腰痛に悩まされていました。そこでこの商品を見掛けたので試しに購入してみました。 感想 1.ベンチへの取り付けは簡単。 2、クッションは硬めで最初は痛いけどすぐ慣れた。私はちょうど水月の裏側の位置の背中に設置。 3，変に力を掛けなくても無理なく胸を張れた。 4，今までちゃんと胸を張れてなかったせいか、いつも挙げてる重量が重く感じた(違う筋肉を鍛えていた？)。 5，腰痛は軽減した。 6，胸へのストレッチ感が強くなった気がする。 という事で私には良かったのだと思います。

Wasn’t really impressed with this Didn’t easily stay in position

There aren't many products like this out there, it's definately a niche item but works great for it's intended use. I use behind my head when doing bench press and on my lower back or chest depending on other exercises. If there was 1 improvement for this I would ask for 2 extra velcro straps so I could just leave them in place and remove the pad and place for alternating positions.... I went ahead and ordered generic velcro straps to serve that purpose.

Staples popping out on first use, cheaply put together.
