Kmise, 4-String Ukulele, Right, Spruce Top Mahogany Back Side (MI2306)

I was pleased that the workmanship was very good for an inexpensive uke. The Spruce top complemented the looks and produced a full, bright sound - unlike the all mahogany tenor uke I own. Only found one or two frets that had a sharp spot needing attention. Immediately replaced the strings with a set of Aquila dGBE strings, as I am more fami!iar with guitar chords. Feel the maker produced an excellent instrument at a fair price.

The ukulele was very pretty, and the workman was good. The price paid was great for this product. The uke goodies extra were helpful. So glad to have 2 pegs on uke for strap. It comes with tuner- very helpful, strap great, picks not necessary but ok. Educational material- chord chart ( not the right chord chart for baritone) The main problem was the 4 Th string. It was a high G . Since a baritone uke starts with a D and is tuned D G B E. The string loaded was the wrong one. You will need to take to music shop and get a wound D string. They tend to wear out easily so you may have to replace it more often. It was not expensive <$5.00 but just so you know. Also a good book for beginners would be 2 chord book. You will probably have to change the fingering placement for baritone. Also a guitar and baritone uke are similar - The first 4 strings from the bottom up E B G D - you just wouldn’t use the first/second string. Chording is a bit different for guitar also. Just make sure what to do so you won’t be messed up. If you want to use the strings that it came with this uke, you could tune them for a regular uke. G C E A Then you have a baritone body and regular sounding uke strings. I would have given a 5 overall if written materials and string were correct for the baritone uke. So for the money, good job overall!

Product shipped very quickly and arrived with contents as or exceeding what was expected. The uke is very attractive and comes with pegs pre-installed for affixing a strap. I've named mine Chuck and he is a very good, beautiful boy. The sound is very rich compared to my soprano uke, Gale, even though they are both tuned to high G (GCEA). Love the nylon strings that came on the uke. I would not necessarily recommend a baritone uke for beginners because of the different tuning options that might make finding the correct fingerings and chords difficult. But this bundle does come with a helpful little guide to get a beginner started. The strap is a bit thin in the width department and the pattern is not my favorite, but it is very useful and easy to attach. The gig bag is great for what it is. I find gig bags incorporated into bundles are usually kind of flimsy and cheap feeling. This bag, however, has a good thickness to it and feels better put together. I adore the tuner that came in this bundle. It came with a battery included and is very easy to use. It is very satisfying to see the whole screen light up green when you are in tune! I personally do not use picks with my ukes, but the 5 that came in this bundle were attractive and felt sturdy. Mine were amathyst purple, copper brown, marble white, dark charcoal grey (almost black), and a violent hot pink.

I've had a quite a hard time with this ukulele! The first one I ordered got lost in the mail and didn't arrive on my birthday. Then the replacement that came with some small cracks that spread along the thin top wood while just sitting on an instrument hook (no humidity or temperature issues to cause this) I'm hoping third time's the charm as this instrument had good rich sound (once actual baritone strings were put on) and for a great value!

Great quality product for such a great price. The tuner is great. The case that it comes in is a bit too snug for the uke itself but it still fits. Strings are great. The sound is great. I love it.

I’m still learning but the product is amazing. I try to practice at least 30 minutes a day it helps with the tuner lol.

Stays in tune easy to play

Be careful when you buy. Be sure strings are for the Baritone . This one was strung with the wrong ones &I had to buy the correct ones.
