Good fit and nice quality, seems to be effective
First. I saw some reviews saying this ran small and the quality was poor. I found the opposite of that to be true. I'm 5'8" 164lbs, I wear medium to large but usually medium. I ordered this in a medium and to me it is roomier than most of my medium size shirts. It is made of very soft cotton and feels thick to me. Now to speak to the effectiveness. I've been using this for a several weeks now I'm finally getting more comfortable sleeping on my side. It definitely prevents you from sleeping on your back. In the time I've been using this shirt I think my wife has woken me up 2 or 3 times total to stop me from snoring. Prior to that she would wake me up 2-4 times a night, so I would say it has made a huge improvement. Now I do wake up on my own sometimes when I attempt to roll onto to my back but that is getting better every night. I will keep using it and expect my body to keep adjusting to it. It does what it says it does and seems to be good quality so I give it 5 stars.

Great Quality and Solution
This is my second time purchase. I first bought this shirt 2-3 years ago. I was diagnosed with positional sleep apnea - only happens if I am sleeping on my back. I tried this as a much simpler option to a CPAP machine. It works great for keeping me from sleeping on my back - much easier than dealing with a CPAP machine, and MUCH more convenient for travel, which I do a lot of. And the quality is absolutely top notch. My original ones are still in perfect condition. The only reason I bought again is I have gotten a little big for the large size that I first bought, so decided to get a couple of X-large,

Works pretty well, although a tennis ball might not cut it
It takes more than a tennis ball to keep me from rolling over in my sleep - I use a Wiffle ball that's more baseball-sized and harder - but it works most nights to help keep me on my side or stomach and off of my back. Has definitely reduced the number of nights marred by extreme snoring and incidents of sleep apnea.Based on my experience, I'd recommend coupling this with a flatter pillow like the one in the link below, which will also encourage you to stay on your stomach while you sleep, reducing both the amount of time you spend snoring and also its severity:https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01NAQAO45/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Not too used
Kind of a waste of money. Used it only once

Still sleep on my back
Good idea but pretty painful. Can’t tell if it works or not

Great alternative to CPAP for controlling snoring
I have pretty significant diagnosed sleep apnea. My doctor knew about similar products to this and asked that Ibtey this as a first step before going to something extreme like CPap. There is a pocket on the back to put something big enough to prevent you from rolling on your back during sleep. For me, being on my back is where I have the worst issues with snoring and oxygen deprivation. My best aleep position is on my side.I purchased 3 of these shirts and have been wearing them every night for about 3 weeks with a tennis ball in the small zippered pouch in the back. I bought three so I would always have a clean shirt while washing the others.I must say that my wife states a significant drop in my snoring. I also am not waking up with headaches like I was. And my sleep app is showing an inprovement in my REM and Deep sleep. So I would call this a win at the moment. The shirts are made very well and fit exactly to size. And I like I can wake up and take out the tennis ball and just wear the shirt.Five stars from me on this. And a thousand stars if this shirt plays a part in me not needing CPAP!

Device that doesn't work for everyvbody
Interesting, probably works for many people. I wound up with a fancy anti-shore pillow and learned to lie on it to keep myself off my back.

Great option for positional obstructive sleep apnea
This is an amazing quality t-shirt that serves a simple purpose of keeping my husband from sleeping on his back. I had noticed he was having severe snoring and pauses in breathing at night and I convinced him to get a sleep study. It showed moderate sleep apnea but ONLY when lying on his back. On his side he had no apneas. Obviously the choice between wearing a CPAP vs just sleeping on his side was a no brainer for us. Except it isn't that easy to keep you on your side when during sleep you move positions. So I started looking at options including sewing a pocket into one of his shirts himself but k honestly didn't have the time or desire to do that and I did a quick Amazon search and found this. There are also much more expensive pillow devices you strap to yourself or backpack devices you can wear but my husband immediately knew he wouldn't tolerate that while sleeping. So we went for it and tried this shirt. I stuck one of my daughters little soft balls in the back and it does the trick. It keeps him from staying on his back while still being able to sleep in comfort. The only downside is that he likes to lay in bed and read before going to sleep sometimes and so you can't have the ball in the back for this or it's uncomfortable. Overall an excellent purchase and cheap quick fix for a serious medical condition.
