Multi-finger/hand splint works wonders
Vive Trigger Finger Splint - 2 Finger Brace for Middle, Index, Pinky, or Ring Fingers - Adjustable Hand and Wrist Support - Straightening Immobilizer for Broken Fingers, Arthritis, and ContracturesOfficial description is "two" finger brace, but as you can see in my photos, I needed and used it as a three finger brace. I broke everything while on travel and took a week to get back home and see the doctor. I didn't want a plaster cast and had to wait a few more days for this to come in the mail. There is nothing offered like this, not even the medical supply stores over near the hospital. It offers support and immobilization which my hand needed. I've gotten good with typing and doing so much more with my left hand while my right hand has been healing. It's been longer than the doctor said it would take bones to heal in a cast, but I take it off any do things ALL the time, so that is on me. It is also why I did not want a cast... I don't like to drive wearing this split, but thank goodness I can take it off to drive and put it back on when I get to my destination. I think in all this time, I've only worn it once or twice at night, and never the whole way through the night because in general I don't like things on while I sleep (can't keep socks on either). If you are hurt or injured, especially if it is your hand and/or multiple fingers, then you need this. There are lots of single finger splits, but this will hold multiple fingers. It would even hold all four of my fingers, but I needed it for my last three fingers. The two center fingers have healed the best, but my pinky finger that was more hurt does still hurt. I'm wearing this splint still to any function like church and work where I think people will want to shake my hand as my right hand isn't yet up to doing handshakes. I'm very pleased with how well this splint has held up appearance wise as well. It's about two months old now in the photos I just took this morning, and it looks brand new. My pinky finger is over an inch shorter than the finger next to it, but the wide bands keep it in place. My short pinky finger's tip tucks under the upper band, but if even just the lower band held it, that little finger would have been just as secure. I took a photo with the top band hanging open so you can see my fingers, and then I took a photo trying to do a fingertip shot. Healing is painful and I am not a patient person. This splint has successfully gotten me thru the worst of it all and kept me able to drive (a cast I wouldn't have been able to drive these past 2 months - can't even put a key in ignition wearing splint or cast much less 2 hands securely on the steering wheel LOL!) If you've hurt your hand and multiple fingers, this is for you!!

Does the job
This is the second one of these I’ve purchased for trigger fingers. The first one I purchased about two months ago is for my middle and ring fingers on my right hand and then recently the fingers on my left hand started acting up, so I bought this one for my left hand. The fingers on my right hand have been bad for about a year and a half. The middle actually locked up and I had to straighten it out with my other hand. The ring finger pops in and out of joint all day long whenever I grasp something… like a spoon, or tightening shoe laces, or turning the hose on and off. About a year ago, when they weren’t healing, I went to the doctor, who gave me two cortisone shots, which helped for about a month. The middle finger is mostly ok, but not the poppin’ ring finger. So I decided to buy this and take hyaluronic acid and collagen supplements. Then the left hand started poppin’ and lockin’ so I’m using one on the left.I wear the right one most of the day and night and left one at night mainly. Like cyborg mittens. When I take them off in the morning, my fingers initially hurt, but then subsides. I wear both of them when I’m working outside…. I have to clear my two acres for fire season, cut and stack wood, weed whack, repair fences, etc…. All of which is how I injured my hands to begin with, but if you have land or a manual labor job, you know there’s not the time nor luxury of resting injuries. So, I wear these when I work and it keeps the injured fingers isolated. Is it a pain to work with only the index and thumb fingers of each hand? Heck yes! And sometimes I rip the braces off in frustration when they’re just too clumsy, but it’s the only compromise I can find between not working and never healing. These are pretty durable. I’ve washed one of them and hung it to dry and the Velcro is lasting through all the abuse. I have fairly small hands and wish the support brace was a little shorter, but it would be great for people with larger hands. These are definitely adjustable enough to accommodate all adult hand sizes. These do work for both hands and come by default for the right hand. Adjusting it for the left was a tad tricky especially since I was wearing a brace on the right (arghhh!) but once you get it figured out, it works just as well. I have felt some improvement and I think these will eventually get me fixed up. I don’t know if it’s a miracle cure, but the doctor won’t call me back so I’m taking matters into my own hands… or rather thumb and index fingers. Sigh… the injustice of it all. Good luck on your road to recovery.

Good product but didn't work on my baby finger
I broke and dislocated two of my fingers, the baby finger and the ring finger. I need to have a brace to help me keep these fingers straight. If I only needed a brace for my longer fingers, this brace would work fine. The problem for me is that with the baby finger trying to bend, I can't get the brace to cover it adequately. Otherwise, this is a well-made brace and would work fine on longer fingers.

Good value for the money
This splint seems to be durable and made well. It stabilizes very well and is comfortable to wear. It's also very easy to use. Only time will tell if it works for the contracture.

Used item
I didn't realize I was ordering a USED product. It had obvious wear marks around the thumb hole and palm and there was pet hair all over it. I'm giving it 3 stars only because I need it for my broken hand and it fits well. It was easy enough to switch it from right-hand to left-hand use but I'm going to have to put it in the washer...

Unacceptable delivery - received used product with animal hairs all over it.
I received a used product in open and damaged box. The product has all kinds of hair (dog, cat or something else.) all over it. I find this unacceptable and disgusting...
