Very good product. I put it in capsules and add it to my seamoss and it truly helps with bone pain. Great quality!

I bought this after some research as I was looking for something that helps with inflammation (the Bane of our modern life) and cell function. I never thought that aka frankincense could be ingested. It has a very earthy but pleasant scent and the flavor used as directed is not overwhelming. But I like more of the earthy flavors any way. Good value for the money.

I don’t know how it’s working yet for my dog. I bought a different brand that was white and I haven’t reseached the difference. He went ivdd paralyzed back legs to running in 15 days. Time will tell, I’ll updateThis one is brown and idk who is true

MB Herbals' Boswellia Powder (Boswellia serrata) in an 8 ounce package is a bit different than what I have obtained in the past. Most of what I have gotten has been either white or very pale yellow because Boswellia sacra and Bosewllia carterii instead. This herb is in the same family as frankincense and there are many species. It's been used for millennia to address some issues of pain due to inflammation. and is mentioned many times in the Bible, too.As someone who has used herbs most of their life, I found this supplement very helpful in addressing a recent issue of soreness due to de Quervain's Tenosynovitis in my thumb, wrist and forearm. I am not fond of taking NSAIDs and this is a very nice alternative. The taste is fairly ok. However, rather than dissolving it in a glass of water or a smoothie, often I will capsule this herb and take it with water instead.

I got this boswellia and had to ask for a refund because I assumed it was boswellia resin but it didnt look or smell like it. The company informed me it is the boswellia stem and leaf actually. I alLooking for the resin which is what is normally used medicinally as far as I know but maybe the left and stem has uses also. Seems like the pckaging should be more clear it is leaf not resin.

I want to love this. I am a natural supplement and herb person. I am not familiar with Boswellia but was eager to try it after reading some of the great things it is supposed to do, especially for pain. I made it as directed, in warm/hot water. Eventually, it dissolved but was much better in hot water. After sitting for just a few minutes, the powder seemed to separate and settle on the bottom if I don't drink it right away. The taste is, well, green--if you know what I mean--but I like it. I can't say that I have seen any affect on my pain yet but I think like many supplements, it likely needs to be layered up over time and use. I will update if I can tell there are changes. If you are on blood thinners, consult your doctor as I read this may conflict. If you use boswellia, I think this is a great option. I will continue using it as I like the taste and ease of use.

It is not even powder. It is a mixture of brown leaves smashed. Boswellia Powder i bought before in other brand should be white powder form, and this is definitely not it.
