Great Safe Little Safe
It's a well made fine & solid safe for the house or for use in other areas.I've found that if you toggle with the handle the alarm doesn't always go off, with mine you have to turn the handle right then left four times for the alarm to sound (I say right first as the vast majority of people will automatically turn or push depending on what their main hand used is to the right as it’s the way of opening the locks that's just built into our brains to attempt) so I turn it right then left a couple of times so if it ever does have an attempted opening the alarm will sound quickly & it's not a soft low alarm it'd easily wake up say a three to four bedroom household if it was in anyone of those three or four bedrooms & say no one was in if you live in a terraced house or a semi detached home it’d wake the neighbours who’s bedroom/s is/are closest to the dividing house wall making them alert to a noise so they’d probably check outside their window for signs of a car alarm flashing basically people would be aware if there were to be an attempt at opening it & thieves don’t like noise or the fact that too much is happening as in this safe has now become the centre of attention so the game’s up & they’ll scarper. It's simple enough to set up with easy to follow instructions & it'll do the job of holding money in it. I've become very wary of internet banking & extremely wary of the increased use of A.I so I want a lifeline of cash for when these things go to pot! (& A.I will). The screws provided are worthy of the job but who's really going to bolt this to the floor which would be quite difficult & extremely annoying to do, maybe to a section of a wardrobe if the wardrobe’s made out of solid wood & not ply as what thief is going to even attempt to move a solid large wardrobe that's extremely heavy & unmovable fully built with the addition of the small safe bolted on to it with its alarm going off?! No one! Absolutely No One! Plus you can use clothes & shoe/trainer boxes with a wardrobe to help keep it hidden.I’ve recently used invisible UV pen with invisible to the naked eye ink to mark mine distinctively as a reference that can only point it back to being mine & I placed an AirTag in there so it’s a solid safe that’s self alarmed & well bolted down, with unique UV markings & an AirTag that’s connected to my phone inside of it for added piece of mind, it’s going nowhere & say it should it’s completely traceable & identifiable! Now I got the smaller sized safe & I've provided a couple of photos just to see it's size in relation to certain everyday objects like on photo #2: There's an average TV remote with a mobile phone for height & length ideas & there's full headphones & its keys on top for depth just to give potential buyers an idea of it's size, there's no shelf with this one but for storing ££££ it'll be absolutely fine & it'd be fine for jewellery & other small valuable items like the 'Pink Panther'.

Brilliant, easy to use!
Recieved it the other week.. Package was damaged from the rain.. AGAIN!Why I'm knocking a star off this review! (Amazon.. Sort yourselves out! I live a busy life, rarely can I give up my day to stay in and pick up a package.)The safe itself is brilliant!Survived Amazon's bumbling and came to me in one piece. The Safe wasn't that heavy to carry. Instructions were simple to follow.Came with 2 Emergency keys incase you forget your password or the batteries in your safe die.Back of the battery case there is a reset button, so you press that, then enter a new 8 digit password, it'll beep twice to tell you that it was successful. It comes with holes in the back and bottom, so you can drill it with screws into your wall/floor so thieves can't run off with your safe. Hired a builder friend to drill it in for me.It is now firm and secure with an electronic keypad and handle to open when the correct password is entered.I love it!Like I said, Amazon's ridiculous policy of not using waterproof packaging ruined a 5 star rating here, otherwise I would! Great work Yale!

It's safe.
This is exactly what I've been looking for. It's strong and made of tough stuff. Carbon steel, strong deadbolt door and hard as nails.. Yep, no ones getting in here without a fight...It's just the right size for me too and fits snuggly in my wardrobe compartment. Now the set up... Very easy. The supplied instructions look a tad confusing but follow my guide...1- remove the badge (yale) from the front.2- use the override key to unlock the door.3- insert the (supplied) batteries observing correct polarity and press the small red button (you'll hear a beep)4- with the door still open input a code of your choice (3-8 digits) and press the green tick button.5- close the door and replace the badge. You're done! Re-input your code to open the door.If you forget your code simply repeat above steps. So, dont lose the override keys. Keep them handy somewhere (not in the safe though!)So, for peace of mind this safe will store your passports, wallets, jewelery without breaking the bank.It can even be bolted to the floor or wall but it won't be necessary as it's small and discreet to hide anywhere really.Yep. Very happy with this.
