So far this has been a positive experience! I have not used the disposable Sauna Wrap yet! I have used my Sauna twice and the only concern I have is I felt like I was getting sick about a day or two after each use,…..I wonder if anyone else has had this same experience afterwards.

The family and I love this sauna blanket. The construction is high quality. We do like the zippered arm holes so we can read while using. It’s very relaxing, I get the best sweat going and it has helped with my weight loss journey. It’s easy to clean and the carry bag makes it easy and convenient to store when not in use. I’ve never been disappointed with any of the Lifepro products.

I purchased this for fibromyalgia. It works pretty well. It holds the heat setting well. I wish it had a longer electrical cord for plug-in, and wish the heating control device was a little longer too. I have short arms, so getting into the blanket and then zipping it is awkward. Overall, it does what it claims to do. I fell asleep in mine and woke up over an hour later and the blanket was still very warm having been set on the 5 temperature. I think it caused me to become dehydrated as I felt terrible the next day and pushed water and food. I think if you read up on this carefully, you will not regret purchasing it. It is very durable, is made from high quality materials, heat settings seem accurate and it holds the heat from beginning and past the timer. I like that it heats up very quickly. I do suggest you drink lots of water before and after using, maybe even adding electrolytes.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I love this infrared sauna blanket! It is well made as all of the LifePro products. It is extremely easy to operate. It heats up really well. My routine incorporates heat level 8 for 45 minutes, 4x/wk. It is great for detoxing as well as for any muscle or joint discomfort. It was a godsend when I broke my left elbow and my right greater tuberosity as a result of a fall. I had elbow surgery and I firmly believe that the use of this blanket expedited the healing process. It was so comforting. I began using it about two weeks following the surgery. My only complaint is that I relax so much that I fall asleep almost each and every time. Thank you once again LifePro. P.S. I also have their vibration plate, infrared knee brace, eye massager. Great company that has wonderful products.

Wow! I absolutely love this product and this company. I wasn't sure what to expect but boy was I pleasantly surprised after the initial unboxing. So much care and attention to detail was put in the making of this sauna blanket. I own a few products from this company and they are very particular about quality and this sauna blanket is proof of it. It came with the sauna blanket, of course, a personal LifePro Fitness Towel and a canvas carrying case.I use this blanket at least 3x a week because I workout regularly and I don't always want to sit in the sauna at my gym. So having this sauna blanket in my home, I can use it whenever it's convenient for me, and I do quite often.Just take your time and read the instructions on the proper use and care of your sauna blanket. It gets really hot quickly so it's important to gradually increase the heat level starting at the lowest level "1" until you're able to handle hotter temperatures all the way up to level 9 or 10. I don't recall how high as I've only gone to Level 7 so far. The instruction manual tells you the temperature rage for each level so make sure to read the manual before use.Oh...drink lots of water a few hours before use to avoid dehydration...and continue drinking water periodically, while using the blanket to keep yourself hydrated. This is by far the most important aspect of using this blanket and avoiding issues that could hurt you. Now on to the good stuff. My Pros and Cons.PROS: Quality product excellent material | Not cheap material | User manual that covers important info | Heats up quickly | Huge remote control with big settings to easily identify | Several temperature settings | Timer | Zips all the way from Feet to Neck | Cools down quickly | Easy storage | Excellent value for moneyCONS: Yeah...I should write something here, so give me a minute to think about what I don't like or would like to have in this product. I truly can't think about anything I don't like in this product. Oh I do have one con... The remote and power cable are both connected to the sauna blanket and the cord for both should be about 2 - 3 feet longer. So LifePro Fitness, if you're reading this, make the cords longer.What a fantastic product. If you're in the market for something like this, you won't be disappointed and it's worth the money. And you will sweat buckets so have your cleaning towels ready to go.BTW...I am not paid to write reviews.
