Q: Is this really a 110v output like the description says? Im looking for a 110v input and 220v output.

This VFD plugs into a 110 outlet and puts out 220 volt 3 phase power. I am currently using it to run a 3 phase 220 motor from a 110 outlet. Be aware that using a VFD to power your motor from a 110 outlet will reduce the HP output of the motor.

I believe the paddle switch has to be installed before the unit to enable the paddle switch to work.
