As a perimenopausal vegetarian, my lab work indicated anemia. I was suffering lightheadedness and other health issues. I've taken iron tablets but they obviously weren't very helpful. These gummies taste ok to me, regardless of the other reviews I do not taste blood. They have a slight aftertaste, but nothing too drastic. They did upset my stomach the first few days but that went away quickly and now they do not cause any problems. While I haven't had new labs taken yet I can say that after a month of taking two gummies every morning the lightheadedness and some of my other issues have cleared up, so that makes these worth it for me.

As someone who have been challenged with anemia, somedays or worse than others when it come onto my energy level. There are time I'll move from a rabbit to a turtle while completing my task and this is very much annoying and frustrating and to top it off most iron pills will leave this bad metallic taste in my mouth for hours making taking them not do much appealing but I must tell you that since taking this iron gummy supplements all my prayers have been answered. I now step in my day as the champion I am, feeling energized revitalized and hopeful. I must admit that I was very skeptical because I came to the comment section after making my purchase and the comments on the peach flavor had thrown me off but I tell you this I am loving the peach combination it do have a little metallic taste but it is not overbearing. For a more fun-fill and fulfilling day at this product to your daily routine.

I’m unsure if they work yet, but that aftertaste… it’s a strong metal aftertaste that is very off putting… tastes like blood and it’s there for a while after

TMI- They taste good but gave me diarrhea. I switched to taking them at nighttime and as soon as I wake up I have diarrhea which is not normal for me. I even tried taking them during the day and same thing happened.

I’ve been taking these for the past year and love them. They’re cheaper than other gummy supplements, taste good, and have given me the extra energy and strength I’ve been lacking.

For people that are anemic, want to get much better, this the vitamine for you, I struggled with anemia for years, this is my first time in 7 years that my iron blood work and ferritin, was good, even above the range, it's effective, ease to digest, cheap, and vegan.

Did not expect the product to be from China. It was not clear at all and I would not have bought it in the first place and it seems return is not possible either.

These kind of have that mouth feel of stale gummy lollies and aftertaste of blood, overall they’re ok and I’d probably buy again if I can’t find a better alternative
