GPU Backplate Radiator Aluminum Heatsink Cooler - Works well
Good morning,I installed this gizmo last night over Nvidia GTX with different mounting solution.I used 0.5 mm thermal pad and thin MIL spec nylon rope to secure heatsink in place.Result of the AIDA64 stress test revealed that temperature dropped approximately 7C at idle and 3-4C at high load depending on the time. However, besides this mod I also replaced thermal pads within the video card and applied high efficient thermal paste between GPU and the heatsink. So with that I am not giving 100% credit to this heat sink, however I do claim that it contributes well into video card temperature reduction. For that reason I gave it 5 stars.Hope this will help.Thank you for your attention & have a great day!

No thermal pad
Upon further investigation it product says it doesn't include a thermal pad but it's very well hidden there is also a list of the items in the box and a thermal pad is included, all in all the cooler does well for what's it's intended for, it cools the back of the card. Don't expect a 20 degree difference but easily a 4-7°C Drop in temps.

Shocked IT WORKED!
IT WORKED! The heat sync with the two built-in fans dropped my GPU temp by almost 10 deg Celsius! It was a last ditch effort before replacing the card & IT WORKED! Couldn’t be more thrilled with this purchase.

Not that impressive.
First off the metal is unfinished. You really need to use the gloves. Even with them I cut my fingertip twiceSecond off, the fan blades and plastics are very cheap. Be careful. They will snap easily.Thirdly... The cords used to adhere it to the back of the GPU are a pain to use and honestly suck to get just right. Once they are on there they work well enough. The temperature difference is probably like 2-4c if that.Really overall not worth the hassle in my case.Especially for the price and the fact it doesn't include a thermal pad.

GPU Backplate cooler.
I honestly wasn't expecting much from this cooler, but it's not that bad. I have an RTX A6000 blower style workstation card which runs very hot. Temperatures are generally around 88 to 90c. While Nvidia states that this is considered an "acceptable" temperature range under full load, I don't. With the backplate cooler its lowered the memory, hotspot, and GPU temps by around 8-10c. It's not a huge leap in lowering temps, but it's still better than running it extremely close to its max temp of 93c.The reason I'm giving it 4 stars is the elastic ties. Another review stated the same issue of the ties not creating enough pressure, which is true. If it had a bit more pressure the temps would probably be a little lower. You get what you pay for, and for $30 you can't expect a miracle. If you just want to shave a few degrees off of your GPU temps, this will work.

Unsure about it
Product came with that detail. No thermal pad as described in the video tutorial (ad is misleading as it numbers the products provided). Waiting to see if turns out other issues

Do not like the mouting system, but the heatsink is great
If it had a better mounting system i would give it 5 stars. The fans are quiet, the heatsink is fairly large. Its just the tie mount system it has sucks. It wont apply enough contact pressure to the backplate, to provide good heat transfer.I had to use thermal tape on the edges, and then fill the middle with thermal paste. The heatsink tho, keeps the backplate on my 3090 nice and cool.
