Yes! As all others have said these jeans do run large but in fairness these jeans are made for the curvy girl who is small in the waist with hips and rounded rear ends. But I am 5'9 with a flat rear and thick thighs so I normally wear a size 12/14 and skinny jeans turn into muffin top jeans on me. I needed a straight leg jean with a little higher waist that didn't look like mom jeans. After reading the reviews I chose a size 12 but Way too big is an understatement. What I loved was how dark the black jeans are and not that awful greyish black that has become popular. I returned them easily and the exchange arrived quickly within 3 days of me mailing back the return.Now I love the size 10 and while an 8 may fit tighter in the rear, the 10 fits my hips well without squeezing them (giving an hourglass shape) and the waist is comfortable enough that even if they draw up after washing I will be able to zip them up. With a belt I can pull them up higher to hide my lack of "booty" with out losing the length. The length is perfect for sneakers or heals.I do not have that totum pole leg look as the jeans hug my thighs just above the knees then loosens to make my thighs look slimmer. Then at the knee it sort of gathers so it is straight but not straight as a "pole". This is that classic jean that I was looking for and I am extremely happy to find them. So happy that I ordered a pair in Horizon for my daughter since she is curvy both in hips and rear so she should fill these jeans out well while having a more slimming look. If these do not draw up in the wash then I will try Horizon in an 8 and see if those will be too small since I am in a middle size I may be better off not going down another size.Still overall these are excellent, sturdy, true to color, year round jeans and once you find your size you will want a pair in every color.

5’7 150lbs 35” inseam size 8 LongFit perfectly & the length was great! They do a trout a bit after wearing a few hours. When I’m out for the day I wear a belt to keep them up.Color has not faded at all, & I dry them completely. I will buy these again & again.Great value for cost, especially during a sale!

I'm 5'8" and weigh 168 and have a pair of Lee's relaxed fit in a size 14L I purchased years ago, that fit me well, but I'm glad I saw the other reviews and went one size larger than usual as the 16L I just purchased fits like my old 14L. The length is good, but the pockets aren't as deep as my old jeans, you can't fit a cell phone in these unless you use the back pockets. The fabric isn't too heavy or too light, but just right for spring summer and fall. I might want a heavier material for winter wear in the snow and cold.

These jeans have become my favorites! I love the straight leg and color. They are not too heavy and fit comfortably on my waist. I did have to take the upper thigh seam in about 3/4 of an inch because it was too big there. I love them!

I am 170 lbs, 5'3", measure 36DD-32-42, and wear a sz 12 short in AE high waisted jeans, and I bought a size 12 short in a dark wash in these.~~These were so small in the waist I wasn't even close to getting them buttoned. There is no way that was a sz 12 waist on those pants, usually 31-32 inches btw. Otherwise the color, length, and fit around my thighs were as expected.

I purchased one pair of these jeans, and I ended up purchasing all three colors because they look so good. As an older woman, who is about 25 lbs. overweight, these are flattering AND comfortable to wear. I have always liked the LEE brand, but these are the most comfortable yet — they have just the right amount of stretch and control. I highly recommend them!The tag says to dry them on low. My dryer doesn’t have LOW, so I dried them on MEDIUM for about 20 minutes and allowed them to air dry for the remainder — they maintained their shape & sizing.

Perfect length and fit for me, 5’8”, 135lbs. Will buy again in different color. I hate shopping for jeans and don’t normally buy online but I got lucky this time.

If anything, the colour and fabric were nicer than I expected! The colour is a beautiful faded jean colour, not greyed but without the slight purple tinge I saw in the picture. It works very well with a jean jacket I had. The jeans are smaller overall than I expected. A tad tight in the waist. I wear a 12 or a 14 in Lee jeans. This denim was really quite thick (I gather it differs according to the colour, I ordered Inspire Blue in 12 Long) and not as stretchy as I expected, given they state they are only 75% cotton. They actually feel like old-fashioned cotton denim, which is a good thing in my book, except if I had known that, I would have ordered a 14. I really like these jeans, so I am hoping they will stretch out a bit with wear or I will lose a little weight... (I can wear them now, but the waistband felt tight and produces a muffin top). For "Long" jeans, I also felt they were relatively short and low in the rise. I am 5'10" with longish legs and a long rise, and these are JUST long enough in the legs and lower than I would like in the rise. If they came up two inches higher, I wouldn't have had a muffin top. They are well below my belly button without being hip huggers. Of course, this issue may not apply to more average-sized women.Hope this helps!
