Bin kein powerlifter, benutze den Gürtel bei der Arbeit, wenn ich schwere Teile bewegen muss ( z.B. 20 plus Meter lange 5 adrige 35/50qmm Kabel, puhh), habe mir dabei gerne den Ischias eingeklemmt, mit dem Gürtel, ist der Bereich um die Lendenwirbel jetzt gut stabilisiert. Der Gürtel ist robust, das Material macht einen wertigen Eindruck. Klare Empfehlung.
