Bluetooth Headset with Microphone - Bluetooth V5.2 Headphone with ENC Noise Cancelling Microphone for Computer/Laptop/PC/Cell Phone/Zoom/MsTeams/Skype - Wireless

We wanted wireless headphones for our home office needs that work with Microsoft Teams & zoom. This headphone does the job very well. Not the best-sounding ones for music experience but good enough for work. Overall it has a decent capability & we (My wife & I) are satisfied with it for the price factor. I would recommend it.My 2 cents below:Pros:- Sound is decent & clear enough- Works great with Microsoft Teams & zooms in on my work Windows laptop- Microphone works great in office calls & no one has complained yet who listens to me on those calls- Comfortable to wear & use these even for long periods of time. The padding is soft & headband/earmuffs are adjustable too- The controls on the headphones are easy to get used to it- Design is classy & professional- Build quality is very good overall & feels durable- Reasonably priced when compared to the competitive options available- 2 years of manufacturer warranty includedCons:- It is not the best-sounding headphones for music listening experiences and it's not fair to compare it with those high-end headphones too- I wish they bundled a carry bag in the package

I’ve used these for a few weeks now and they have been perfect. The ear pads are comfortable and offer additional passive noise cancellation and the environmental noise cancellation in the mic has worked flawlessly for me. I work from home and have 3 guard dogs. I no longer have to worry about the other party hearing any background noise on my end. The sound quality is perfectly fine for my use as I only use them for calls and meetings. The mute feature has been great and so has the battery life. I’ve gotten a minimum of two days of battery life and haven’t fully tested it since I don’t want to be without them for work. Overall the build quality is pretty solid, I look forward to seeing how these hold up over time.

I use this on my pc with Bluetooth for Zoom meetings. The sound quality is very clear, which was the most important factor for me. They are comfortable enough to wear all day and I like being able to mute by lifting the microphone. The only issue I have is that it conserves battery by going into kind of a standby mode after a few minutes. When my pc makes a sound it’s a little cut off when the headphones wake up again.

For the past few months I have worked remotely 3 days a week which is why I bought this headset. At first I was incredibly happy with the sound and battery life. Now I am charging the headset during breaks and lunch to make sure it lasts each workday. I wish I could have gotten more than a few months on the battery life, especially since I do not use the headset daily. I am downgrading my rating to 1 star because the headset now BEEEEEPS every 45 seconds. WHY??? It is so annoying I wish I never purchased this headset. Even for a cheap headset this wasn't worth it! HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I purchased these headphones to use in an office environment. We are also located in a plant so there is a lot of sound and noise from the plant. These headphones perform nearly flawlessly. We are able to have conference calls and not have the surrounding noise be an issue with the call. I was also very surprised to find out the headphones would link to two sources. So while playing music from my phone, the headphones will switch over when I start a conference call. The only annoying thing was the constant beeping telling me I was still connected to my cell phone, but a minor complaint overall. These performed so well we have started to purchase them for the rest of the department.

I waited 6 months to write this review because I know most electronics work good at first and not so much later down the line. This is no exception. It worked great the first few weeks, then I started to notice that it would die quicker than normal. Now it seems to die every hour. I use this for work so it's very frustrating to have it die on me in the middle of a call. And of course you can't use it while it's charging.

I don't like being tethered to my desk or having lots of wires all over. This Bluetooth headset is great! I hear the caller clearly without any of the background noises - however, the caller can hear the background noises quite clearly so my co-worker (hubby when he's home) and I cannot be on the phone at the same time.Headset is comfortable and I can wear it all day without discomfort or being tired at the end of the day. It holds its charge quite well and I just hook it up when I leave my desk to charge overnight.It was easy to install and use quickly. When I wear out this one, I'm definitely coming back for another!

I work in Tech Support from home so I wear these headphones for up to 12 hours a day. They are extremely comfortable I haven't had to charge the battery in two weeks and it's just now at 50% so that is very useful and reliable. Customers have commented on the clarity of our calls and I have even found them to be good quality to listen to music between calls. Noise cancelling is fantastic, and it even filters out dog barks which is a godsend. I highly recommend these.

The unit doesn't seem to charge any longer and the power button doesn't turn it on. It still works as a corded headset. It was good until it broke!
