Good Healthy Snack
Man do I love these. Not too sweet, definitely chewy, and less than 1 GRAM OF SUGAR IN THE WHOLE BAG. WHOLE BAG IS 70 CALORIES WITH 27 GRAMS OF FIBER. Bag says its supposed to be 4 flavors but I can only really see 3. They taste good though. For a snack while working when you have the munchies, it helps satisfy that need to chew. I've left half a bag out over night and came back to them the next day, still had great texture, didn't turn stale. Be careful if you're not used to high amounts of fiber though. You will be going to the bathroom if you're not used to it. I will say I do think they are a bit pricey. I always wait till they go on sale. $1 a bag is a good price for these.

Miracle worker for people with diarrhea/irregularity
Yes the gummies will stick to your teeth, it’s kind of annoying, and they are relatively tasty. But let me tell you if you have any diarrhea/non-solid BM issues or irregularity these will give you extremely solid BMs! These work better for me than even psyllium husk. You’re not buying them for the taste/texture.

They are ok.
Consistency: soft and chewy, non-sticky Flavor: they taste all the same, but different color. Overall no real flavor. Nothing like Haribo Blood Sugar: They spike my blood sugar. Not as much as regular gummy bears. But there are more glycemic carbs in there than the label admits. Digestion: Some bloating at 2-3 bags a day. No where as bad as Kiss my keto gummies Price: Expensive. But ok. Recommendation: Back into the test kitchen. Please work on the flavors and improve on the carb minimization.

Not Sour, pretty chewy, and stick to teeth.
These fail on every level. First of all, they are not sour. If you are expecting these sour gummy worms to be sour, get ready to be disappointed. I even tried licking them to see if I could get a good chunk of sour, but there is nothing. Next, the texture. At first bite it's okay, but then, they leap right between your teeth, while still retaining a lot of their hardness. You will definitely need a toothpick, but probably a floss and brush. I had a bag of Trolli over the holidays, so I was expecting these to be at least close. They are not. Don't waste your money.

Good flavor and fiber content; but poor texture
I started buying this brand after Joyride discontinued their high fiber line of gummy candy. Both versions have a good flavor, and the price is okay. Unfortunately this product has pretty bad consistency. The candies aren't as soft as they should be, and stick to teeth worse than regular candy. I've tried heating them up, and that only works well for the gummy worms. The gummy bears are struggle regardless. But this is one of the cheapest options for an already niche product. So I still recommend it as an easy way to get most of your daily fiber in.

Best sugar free sour gummy worms!
I love these!! They are the best and worth the splurge in price for the calorie and sugar savings. The sugar content isn’t crazy and it’s sugar alcohols. I would advise against eating more than one bag though as for some people sugar alcohols can trigger GI issues. These gummy worms are great through. Lilly’s is a great brand and makes high quality low sugar snacks. The gummy worms are soft and chewy but don’t get stuck to your teeth like smart sweets do. They have a great texture, smell nice and sour, are soft but have a little bite/chew to them. They don’t stick together in the bag which is nice!

I found my Lily’s dealer
I don’t usually write reviews but I felt the need to. Y’all’s reviews scared me so I had these sitting in my list for months. I also ordered the watermelon slices before and they were a melted mess. I finally had the courage to order these, as my stash ran out (I usually buy them at Walgreens). I ordered them and they arrived three days earlier than expected. The best buy date is the same as the ones sold in stores (a few months from now) and the product is just as fresh. High quality, good flavor, and the normal Lily’s bears you love. The fiber content in these aren’t an issue for me, as I consume 50+ grams per day.
