Good pump. only down side is it gets really hot. don’t know if that’s not good.

Like everyone else's reviews state, I was skeptical about a pump for less than half the price as my general or cat pumps. But, the first one I bought has ran flawless for over a year now and we spray over 1000 cars a week with our units. I just ordered a second one to replace another units pump. I hope this one is as good as the first!

The manufacturers pump gave out and buying the same one was going to be more than double the cost of this brand. We use the pressure washer quite often and it’s been a reliable pump for the price. It was identical to the original so it was a breeze to install

The screw holes where it's supposed to connect to the frame where the "feet" are on the bottom ripped right out of the pump, so I had to weld a frame around it to cinch it it in, so beware of that "tiny". Little flaw, it took me months to finally be able to use it, but i bought it because I needed it for a emergency job. when I emailed them about it they said they didnt accept returns but explained that I needed to secure it to the frame. which is kinda rediculous, the product had never even Been used. The whole thing is made out of cast aluminum, it was easy to install, idk about the pressure or gpm though or if that's even accurate but it doesn't leak, it fit just fine where my last pump was,

Purchased this and after 2 days the unloader failed. Spoke to customer service and was told they have never seen that happen. They act like manufacturer defects are impossible. They offered us $5 to compensate for an $80 "premium" unloader valve that came with this pump. If you are looking for great customer service, look elsewhere.

I bought this near the end of January and I have been using it commercially since then. When it was new it ran like a solid champ. I was actually pretty surprised on the life I got out of it. Now, about 9 months later its looking like it's time to replace it. I've got oil leaking out of it and its pulsating pretty bad when we drop the pressure. I got my money's worth though and will probably buy it again. It beats having to buy a whole new machine...
