What's the difference between 2000lm nw and cw?

NW stands for a “neutral white” color temperature of about 5000K for the output of the light while CW stand for a “cool white” color temperature of about 6000-6500K for the light. NW will probably be more comfortable for your eyes while CW might be slightly brighter.

Is the strobe function bright?

If I remember correctly, the strobe function use the "high" brightness setting. S.O.S. probably uses medium.

How long is the flight and how big around is the light?

It is the same as Sofirn SC31T. I don't have a ruler handy. it is a bit longer than the SC31Pro due to the extra push button on the end cap. I find mine to be reliable and brighter than other similar flashlights. Highly recommend. The positive power disconnect ends the storage parasitic drain and it is much easier to switch on in the dark. The Sofirn OS is easier to use than Anduril. Easy to dim although it does not dim to candlelight.

How do you activate the strobe?

I can't get the strobe on mine to work either, but then I don't have any use for the feature either, so I don't see it as a negative.
