Positive first impression, great scooter!
First impressions are good. Great value with lots of features compared to regular commuter scooters at around the same price though less portable due to weight. Good acceleration for a single motor running 48 volts. Advertised as 1000w so the controller should be putting out ~20amps. I bought it for the frame since it looks like nothing on the market at the moment. The front fork opening is 110mm and can easily accommodate a front motor for those who enjoy tinkering. Overall impressed with what you get at this price point. The only weakness I noticed was that the bottom deck cover is made of plastic which also houses the battery and controller making those critical components more vulnerable to damage when riding on very rough train. As other reviews have stated, less capable offroader but very capable on pavement. Was able to reach the 28 mph on flat asphalt with little to no wind (175 lb rider). Update: suspension is stiff, and I mean rides about the same as having no suspension stiff. Springs have about 0 travel, great for heavier riders or jumps but very uncomfortable for longer rides. Any little imperfection on the road (NVH) is transmitted into the handle. If you don't mind that, this would be fine.

Solid scooter for the price - I'd recommend it
I live in an area with a lot of electric scooters on the street (Lynn, Massachusetts) so even though I'm a lot older and heavier than most riders I decided to jump in. When I was shopping good reviews were hard to come by so I'm going to cover everything I can. Top line is I'm happy with the scooter although it's still new to me at 25 miles in. Portability - a big concern was how easy this would be to mesh with our local transit system. Batteries and motors are both heavy things but the scooter is some I can carry with one hand. It folds down easily with a latch that locks in securely to the kickboard in the back. Overall it feels solid and well built. The scooter doesn't fit easily in my trunk so if that's important to you measure first. I have to take the back seat down to get it in there. Speed - In my jurisdiction (MA) it's illegal to go over 20 MPH on a scooter and it's definitely not safe. Even though I'm a heavy guy the scooter can get to full speed. It accelerates more slowly past 25 MPH. I'm very happy at 15mph which is where I'll spend most of my time. The cruise control feature beeps when it hits max power apparently and not top speed. It beeps at you a lot but you can turn that off. I say max power because if you're going up a hill at the 15 MPH setting it will beep with cruise control kicking in at only 10 MPH or so. Hills - In my area there are some moderately steep hills. As I mentioned I'm a heavy guy and on those steep hills the scooter just gives up. For example Bay View Ave (pictured) has an incline, as best as I can calculate, of ~12% but the scooter can't do it. It wouldn't even start up the hill from a stop and if you're going it slows to the point you could walk faster. If you lived in a hilly area, like San Francisco, this would be a big consideration. For me I'm mostly on flat ground. Small inclines slow it down but the scooter handles those quite well and then speeds back up. Brakes - Nobody mentions these but they're obviously important! On flat ground it's great but going down steep hills you won't stop fast, at least not if you're heavy like me. The brakes knock out the cruise control just like it would in a car which is great. Lights - A major reason I got this scooter was the lights. The turn signals are nice but in the daytime I doubt any driver would see them. The main front headlight is bright enough to navigate in complete darkness. That said in MA it's illegal to use scooters at night. After trying this I see why - it's bumpy and you can't see so you could easily fall off. Suspension - This is way better than I expected. I've gone over big bumps and even curbs on the scooter with the stability still being great. battery - The range given is for a 150 lbs rider so your results will vary with speed and hills. I got about 20 miles out of my first charge. Most places I'm going to are fairly close so this isn't a big deal for me. To get a full charge does take a solid chunk of day, 5-6 hours at least. Display - The display is simple and easy to read in both light and dark. The app has such terrible reviews I didn't bother with it. It's not really clear what it would get me that's not already on the display. If having the battery be certified is really important to you (like you live in NYC) I'd contact the company prior to purchase. Nothing in the documentation proves this. You're just basically going off their word it's certified, you couldn't actually prove it. Overall I'm really happy with the scooter. It's fun to ride, looks cool, and I'm sure I'll get a lot of use out of it in years to come.

Good deal
Absolutely fantastic with everything the size was bigger then what I thought but not complaining weight is normal durability seems stable feels light as ever when moving and I functions amazingly and the locking system is nice and the app connected but gotta reboot to to unlock sometimes but it works

Good but disappointed about the speed claims!
It's okay but doesn't go 28mph. I got it to 25mph tops on my GPS and I'm just 147lbs FYI and that shouldn't matter. My weight only affects acceleration so I'm getting a dual motor with twice the power because this will not climb hills more then 20% without going to 6mph! Also I did a range test and got 18 miles on full charge going as fast as possible so the battery 🔋 pack seems to be okay. I will keep for an extra scooter only because I paid a little over 500 bucks with discounts. You can't do much better in the single motor category with 1000W- maybe 50-100 less but then the battery 🔋 pack is 50% smaller-

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I picked up the scooter a month ago and took it camping with me and really put some miles on it. The scooter has great power and speed. It functions very well. I’m pretty happy for the price that I paid. You could do a lot worse.

Good value for money.
Very good ride, easy to use, heavy almost 50 lbs, shocks a little stiff, battery goes longer than expected, nice acceleration, overall very happy with purchase!

Fun Scooter
This scooter is a great buy. The good - Well built. Has power to get up hills if not super steep. APP will lock scooter. Price point ($400) is lower than others with same features. Smooth ride on pavement. Brakes are not hydraulic, but do a good job of stopping. Does have lights that can be seen in any direction. Bad - Stable up to 15mph, but gets squirrelly at higher speeds. Weight is on the higher end if using as a commuting scooter. Throttle is touchy if not at full throttle. Rattle at folding latch. We are using while camping and enjoy the ability to jump on and circle camp grounds.
