So apparently you’ll get ticketed if the STATE is covered by the plate holder. Soooooo, I dug into my bag of tricks to get my nifty exacto knife AND trauma shears— I had to pull off the 3 rows of rhinestones on the little “lip” in the middle; THEN warm up the blade to score it AND THEN cut it with my trauma shears. I’m a crafty person so it worked out well for me. EXCEPT for the fact that if you DONT have the plate bracket in the front (mine was stolen completely) it won’t attach AT ALL. I can honestly give it only 3 starts because I had to do gender reassignment on the damn plate holder.

I was so excited to get this in the mail today! The instructions are very easy to follow and it was super easy to install. Wow does it shine in the sunlight! I absolutely love it!! The key ring is also a very cute addition! I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking to add some glitz & shine to their license plate.

I bought this license plate frame because other said it has a high shine and Shimmer. Bologna! I posted a picture so you can see what it looks like. I brought it out in the sun and under a light and there's no glimmery rhinestone effect. I did know ahead of time that this Frame would cover my state name so I did what another reviewer said which was cut the plastic down to reveal the name of the state. I certainly don't want a ticket. I can understand why the makers of these license plate frames are not considering that they are covering up the state name. Again, as far as this license plate, I am very disappointed because there is no rhinestone effect. By the way, the boats that came with the frame do not fit on. The only way I can get them on to the screws is to glue them, and that's probably not such a wise idea.

I haven't applied it to the car bcz of all the rain, so I'll see how it holds up in the car wash lol, then I can add that 5th star lol. But the packaging is secure, love the look, so excited to take off the ugly plastic trash with the great quote I hv on now. Time to bling it up. I haven't added the inside piece around the starter button etc, but In sure it's great.

I recently ordered these blue covers that took almost 3 months to get from ebay I lived them because they were unique.Well I got stopped by a policeman who told me that I cannot have anything covering my license plate so I has to look all around to find something I like that could frame the plate I found this one it looks Great I just love them...and they are LEGAL IN TEXAS

I like them and they are nice but I wish it had holes on the top and bottom. The plates will not lay flat on the side without holes to screw the plate down. That’s the only thing. Pretty durable through several car washes and not one stone lost.

Purchased this item for my girlfriend and i can say that it was sturdy easy to install and lots of diamonds the only thing that looks odd is the screw caps the diamonds are too big and they feel like they'll fall off eventually you'd have to crazy glue them if anything over all my girlfriend loved it

Disappointed with these plates!! Had the hardest time applying be a the screws they sent aren’t fit able to my car. Did stay on for long! Back plate fell off before 1 week of purchasing it!! Wasted my money for nothing!! They’re cute but no sturdiness.
