Product looked good but unfortunately have returned it as it was too large for our door. Our fault entirely.

Good build quality, does the job fine. No issues.

Made of plastic, not so good.

So flimsy, but a slightly more expensive one.The screws it arrives with, 2, are very short, and only just grip if your door is super thin.This will not fit ANY security door.The fittings the screws go into are not fit for purpose either, slightly over tighten the screw, and it will pop them off.

I would have returned this but didn’t as l had someone come and fit it for me and it was too late.The bits you screw into are cheap plastic not like my old one. The product is very light and l am sure the coating on the front of the plate will scratch come off in a short time. So let’s see. I wouldn’t buy this product again unless l am willing to keep changing it.

Altho the description states it will fit a door 20-40mm thick the screws provided are not long enough to fit a door that thick and therefore the product was returned as not being suitable. If you have a narrow door then this product would be ideal
