2022 MAVRIK Driver, 9°, Graphite, 6.0, Standard

Fantastic driver. Unfortunately I’m terrible at golf and broke the head off this by hitting it like an iron and making a huge divot. But before I did this I was loving my drives and noticed added distance with good high ball flight and great feel.

Great driver for the money!

This driver sounds great, best “crack” you’re gonna get. The stock HZRDUS shaft is nice, but a bit flimsy. It beat out a few others shafts but the high torque meant those long drives had very wide dispersion. Too wide to put into play. Eventually I pulled the adapter and tipped this beast 1/2” and butt trimmed 3/4”then reinstalled at 44.5”. Took this noodle from ok to amazing. It’s now my gamer and hitting a lot of fairways, but at one point I was planning to use the shaft to support tomatoes in my garden. Don’t give up on this T800 shaft, just tip it.

Well worth the purchase. Been using it regulary for about a month now every weekend. When I get a good contact off of the tee, it goes 240-300 yds. The goal is for it to go straight and not slice every time, but I blame my swing for that, not the driver. If you are looking for some sweet long drives, recommended.

Driver was delivered on time and worked better than expected. Hitting this driver longer and straighter than my previous Taylormade driver which wasn’t what I expected. I was just expecting to use the driver as a stop gap until I was able to get fitted for the newer Taylormade model. I struck gold with this purchase.

If your just starting out or have been playing for a few and would like an upgrade this is a great Driver. 9 degree loft so not a lot of height on your shot unless you force it. Low and far for the most part. Adjusting is a breeze with its ability to adjust the club face.

Nice balance, generous sweet spot. Fairly forgiving with solid distance. A bit dated now but if you play infrequently like I do (10x per year) it’s worth the money. Only complaint is the sound is not very satisfying. It’s hard to get good auditory feedback on solid contact.

I decided to buy this driver since it was so inexpensive. I'm a scratch golfer and have always used a Titleist Driver. After hitting the Mavrik for a couple of rounds, my new Titleist TSR2 Driver has been put in the closet. I can't believe Amazon sells it for this price.
