The most effective probiotic I’ve ever used.
I love this probiotic powder. I find that a small amount of this is way more potent and effective than what I can get at our local food co-op. It’s expensive, but worth it. Only problem is that if it’s not used up fairly quickly it absorbs moisture and becomes chunky. Not sure if the reflects effectiveness, but I stick a few extra moisture-absorbing packets in the jar as the powder gets low.This stuff got me through my recovery after a long series of antibiotics and gut problems following a dental abscess - culminating in a case of C. diff (not contracted in a hospital).

This is the only probiotic i will use. Very generous amount provided. High quality as my vegan yogurt comes out perfect which tells me the probiotics are alive and well.
