One of the single step ones that's wrapped in rope when put together and mounted still seemed wobbly/unstable. Otherwise everything else looked great

Simple enough to put together, I went out and got stronger drywall anchors instead of the ones they came with. The bolts that connect the shelf to the wall mount only fit in the wood about half an inch, one shelf snapped immediately. The shelves have hardware for bolts already installed, so can't really drill down any further for longer, more supportive bolts.

Love that this product is made from wood. It seems sturdy and was easy to assemble. Took less than 35 minutes to put together and another 25 to hang up. Time will tell if it holds up to repeated use on an outdoor covered porch area. So far the cats like it, especially the woven shelf to lay on. Would recommend for cats under 15 lbs., any heavier and you’ll probably want to anchor your screws.

The hammock is a great size, my large cat uses it easily. The set is sturdy and has a lot of contact points to make sure your feline friends are safe. I was impressed with the set and it served my needs well.

GO TO THE HARDWARE STORE buy metal toggle bolts. Save yourself headache and painDo not use the plastic anchors providedI cut my thumb open somehow while i was attaching the product to my wall. Didnt notice until i was mostly done. When i saw blood on everything. I dont think my cat would like it otherwise. She knows i put effort into putting it up(i have been making a playground for my ninja cat)On that note. The rope suspension, the edge is rather sharp and think i cut myself on that. I sanded that rounded for safety of my cat.The wider shelf needs something on it, to provide traction for landings and takeoffs. Right now it is to smooth for my level of safety want.would be 5 stars if not those two issues

So one of the smaller steps failed just after securing everything to the wall. Even with the small steps into the studs, the company sent a WHOLE replacement instead of just the part that failed. Would but again with a company that does that for its customer.The only flaw with this product is the smaller steps. They can't support the weight of a cat that isn't considered overweight. The small steps just need a little more support and this product would be a perfect buy.

I was disappointed that the perch did not have some type of fabric on it to minimize sliding. There was also a tool missing from the kit. Luckily I had one in my tool kit.

The smaller shelves are wobbly despite the wall anchors but it’s fine. Took a few weeks for my cat to figure it out now she is all over these. Well worth the price. Very easy to put together and install
