Not too firm not too soft, they are perfect
This is the second time ordering these pillows. I ordered a set last month and regretted not ordering more so I did. I generally just sleep on my memory gel pillow but I have slept with just this pillow and slept well. I would not sleep on it until it's been fluffing for atleast 8 hours. I think it says 24 but I didn't wait that long. They fluff up nice, they have good support and the feel nice to lay on. Totally worth the money. I will be buying more. The one that doesn't have the pillow sham on it is the new pillow but they are both the same pillow. These are king size

Very Soft and Cushy
I wish now that I had ordered queen size instead of standard. They are super cushy and soft, so if you like a firmer pillow, these might not be the best choice; however, I love them.

Comfy but not full enough
This is a nice pillow I’m sure for most people but I was looking for a fuller more medium firm pillow. I let them puff for 24 hours but one is still quite lumpy. Letting that sit for another day.

OMG
When I unpacked these pillows I had my doubts. They were vacuumed sealed and flat as a pancake. There weren't any instructions. I opened them up and shook them out. I did this for a day and just left them out. A day later after my shaking out beauty fluffy pillows with a great loft. These pillows are wonderful to sleep on and give good support. They were a great investment. They did not disappoint.
