EU was one to state the first rule for organic Honey. Organic Honey - differently of convetional Honey" has to follow special restriction. The hives should be placed near clean water, on an area of 4 miles radius of natural organic crops (maximum distance bees travel from their hives), synthetic chemical-free vegetation, away from polluted areas like industrial zones, cities etc. Moreover any antibiotics is forbiden. The honey should feed in the winter with natural food (sugar honey)
