This set is a sturdy well made product & i love the blue colour, a little darker than the photo, but a very practical blue for what the dustpan set is used for.As stated the shank for both brush & dustpan come in sections, but easily fit together very securely by screwing together, like some other reviewers, on the brush i left one section out, as i am 5' 4" in height & was long enough for me, but so good to have the choice for people who are taller & would need that extra section.The brush is very effective & dustpan lies flatly to the floor, with an angled front, so when sweeping into the pan, even the finest debris goes in easily & the depth of internal space, keeps everything inside the dustpan. The set is fabulous to use & such good value for money.I bought to replace a very cheap set & this set obviously is much superior & having the 'claw' set back in the dustpan a very useful tool for cleaning down the brush.I use predominately for my kitchen, toilet & wet room floors, toilet & kitchen cushion flooring & high quality wet room flooring & is great for both, as the brush fits narrow spaces. Outside i have used the dustpan with my outside broom to collect fallen leaves etc & performs well & emptying is very easy. When grimy, i use an anti bac wipe to clean down the dustpan & dry with kitchen roll.I fully recommend this set & feel the quality of the product will allow the set to last some time.

My first time in using this type of brush and pan. Wow! I wish I'd bought one sooner. Great idea and so ease to use and keep clean. It looks expensive, sturdy, just the right weight for my wrists so it's function and effectiveness helps me hugely with the big kitchen. Just the right size for ample repetitive use and containment until I reach the kitchen larger bin which dispenses just meaty and effectively whenever I need to employ the pan. It takes alot of bits and new carpet shed as well as damp items since it's leak proof so far. I may once it's aged (and replaced) use the older one for washing machine filter cleaning as it's a great size and design to just fit under the filter entrance. I highly recommend this product and hope it doesn't increase in price as it's a smashing brush and pan set.

I needed a solution for spot cleaning debris throughout my home, because getting the vacuum out was too laborious and time consuming if I only had a small area to clean, such as crumbs after a meal.After deciding handheld vacuums are not particularly viable, I opted for this dustpan and brush set, and it does the job admirably.The bristles are tightly packed and strong, meaning not much passes through them. The dustpan itself is not hard to sweep debris into.The teeth on the dustpan are able to capture hair, however it does require some carefully manoeuvring to manage some of the wispier hairs, but this can be managed with good technique.The brush and dustpan have a nice weight and feel, and I actually enjoy using them as it is somewhat physically effortless, and the ease of achieving results provides mental satisfaction.

Great product, but I wish you could buy replacement brush heads for it rather than having to replace the entire set

The items came quickly. Well packaged. There's a small printed instruction on how to put the dustpan and broom together. Everything is individually packed and it's easy to tell which is for the broom and which handles are for the pan. It's a easy screw in and a hard plastic clip into the base of the broom and pan. It's tall which is great for those with mobility issues. The yellow handle is a soft foam. The see through window isn't as clear but that's okay. It's sturdy, functional, easy to use and sweeps well. The broom head tilts which is useful for some corners and under furniture. The dust pan does not tilt up for storage. Would recommend

Seems sturdy the dustpan clicks into place to stand up easily and picks up dust and gets the fluff off the broom with the useful comb.
