Perfect for Spirit
I took a 7 day trip from Baltimore, to Florida and then to Colombia and back again on spirit airlines. I refuse to pay so much for checked bags or even carry-ons. I went searching and found this bag on Amazon for the perfect price. I packed this thing so tight I had to help the Mexican TSA lady close it again while she checked my contents. I can't believe this counts as a personal item because of how big it is, but I was never even questioned by spirit airlines and when I went to measure if for myself it fit perfectly in the slot as a personal item. Luckily for all my flights I was still able to put it in the overhead compartment without question. This bag is just that, a bag, that is good quality and the perfect size to fit as much as you can into a personal item. It was great not having to worry if this bag is going to make it or not. It's a lightweight nylon material. The bag was heavy when I was done and it held up with no signs of breaking or splitting. It looks good enough for someone who likes to look profesional. I give this bag 5 stars and recommend it to anyone not wanting to pay baggage fees and doesn't mind stuffing a bag. There's a zipper on the front that held my toothbrush, charger and deodorant. My only gripe was that the compartment with the zipper is attached on the left and right but not the top or bottom. I thought it would be a good place to put my new book and the enough to hold it. By the time I went from my car to the airport shuttle my new book was gone. This is completely my fault but why couldn't it have beeen attached on the bottom with a net or something. I would pay any extra dollar!! Jokes aside this bag is great for the price and highly recommend it. I will be purchasing this for any of my family members looking to take a trip.

Great
Perfect size for personal item on Spirit. Got one for me and one for my daughter. We were able to carry all we needed for a week-long trip, and it kept costs down, not having to pay for luggage. We have used them on 5 or 6 trips since. They've been thrown around, washed in the washer and dried in the dryer. There holding up great. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a good, simple and sturdy travel bag.

TBD... + update !
I bought this to use as my labor and delivery hospital bag. I needed to buy pretty much everything from scratch and didn't want to break the bank doing it. There were a million versions of these kinds of bags. I put and removed several versions into and out of my cart over the course of a couple days before ultimately settling on this one. No real reason why since they are all so similar, but I do happen to have a makeup bag that has the same strange label of the "Wind Blows River Flows", and I really like that bag so there was an element of familiarity there, I suppose. The bag comes "in" a bag of the same material, but I realized fairly quickly that the bag it appears to come in, is the bag itself, folding into a miniature version of itself. Unpacking (read: unfolding) it from itself was harder than I expected bc I wasn't sure what the hell was happening, and was afraid I was forcing it to do something it wasn't supposed to do, but I got it. However, there is no chance in holy hell that I will EVER get it back into that smaller bag version. If I could fold it up and stuff it into a pouch, that would be one thing, but since it has to fold up in a specific way to end up with a smaller version of itself? No way. Once this puppy is in big-bag form, its staying like that. The material is thin, no question. I doubt its durability for a rugged trip across the pond or outdoors. Since I really don't intend to use this for too much other than a hospital bag, and perhaps for a short trip to FL every one in a while, I think it'll hold up. The zipper seemed sturdy. There are ZERO frills to this bag. No pockets (other than the 1 in the front that it folds back into), no pouches, no shaping structure. It is just a rectangular bag. Again, I intend to use it for really basic purposes and do not "need" a million pockets to lose crap in, so for me it works, but if you are expecting even a little bit of luxury or convenience with this bag, go about $30 higher in price point. For $11.99 this is what youre going to get and I totally am ok with that. There were some reviewers stating their disappointment in its "no-frills" aspect, but truly for less than 12$, I'm not sure why they were expecting much. I have the same sentiment for the reviewers who traveled extensively with this bag and then when it didn't hold up, they were all shocked and disappointed. Its an 11$, quick trip, light use kind of bag. I will be putting light clothes, some baby items and toiletries in this bag, and I expect it to hold up fine. The material is a little rough, some of the other versions looked a bit more shiny and smooth, if that makes sense? It is smaller than I expected, and certainly smaller than the listing photos make it look. Even the review photos make this bag look bigger than I feel it is. I think it will "grow" in size when it is actually packed, but, upon first impression it is definitely not as big as I wanted, or initially thought. I think I got a navy color, but it looks more black than blue to me.My review may not sound as though I like this bag, but I generally do like it. ITs just not exactly what I was expecting. Over the next couple of days the things I ordered for the hospital will be delivered and I will be packing the bag up more and more, so I'll update when it is packed and successfully used for my intended purpose. I think it is going to be perfect for what I got it for.Update: my babe arrived and I used this bag for the hospital. It fit everything I needed for myself. I had a hospital gown I bought on Amazon, toiletry stuff, pads, robe, clothes, my laptop, a pair of slippers, etc. I don’t remember having any issue w it. It is currently waiting on my closet for my next excuse to use it and I anticipate it being just fine for whatever I do. Added bonus: bc I got the navy color my husband feels like he can use it too on his own short trips for work. Good bag to jsut have around.
