Very clean simple lines and it looks very sleek!!! I use it to help me stay on schedule without it being a distraction. Works wonderfully!!!

We used this hourglass for our unity sand ceremony at our wedding and it was perfect. Our thinking was that just as the two colours of our sand (black & white) start off separate, this every turn of the glass they become more & more intertwined just as we do over time. We were able to engrave the glass. The only thing I wish is that the hourglass came with its own filling funnel. Other than it’s quite big & sturdy, and easy enough to assemble and disassemble - although if you use it on your wedding I suggest saving the reassembly after pouring in the sand for after the ceremony or getting someone else to do it as it’s a bit tricky to do in front of a crowd. 9/10 would recommend (would have been 10 if it came with its on funnel).

It is a nice piece. But there was no documentation in the box to assist in how much to fill the product. That would have been helpful

This is a great idea, However I’ve tried 2 different sands from Amazon and does not flow thru. Sand only on side you fill . I have been cheated , very disappointed . Any help would be appreciated .

Mine functions just as I expected it would and as it is supposed to. I'd buy this one again. It's attractive, sturdy, and within + or - 3 minutes. It needs no batteries. No straps and doesn't fit your wrist. Best set on a stable flat surface when in use. Remember it's a sand timer not a Rolex.
