So I have a couple pump belts. I use this one for when i go on a jog or other cardio/circuit training. this is not one continuous piece that you pull over your head. it has a belt loop and it has velcro on the end so you have the ability to tightento your level. this is useful for heavy movement.The one thing i would change is that the slot for the pump is also continuous. So it can slide around your waste. I would prefer stitching making a series of compartments to keep the pump in one spot.

I like that the belt stays put. I think my other belt had become stretched out and was always slipping and wouldn't stay hidden under my clothing. The mesh is nice but it's hard to get a good view. Maybe make the mesh more see through. I can't let the velcro in the back touch my skin. It's really itchy. Other than that, it's a good product.

I use this this item 24/7 i=and it's a game changer. It's much easier to carry the pump around as oppsed to carrying in a pocket or attached to your pants.I gave it four stars instead of five for one reason. It's hard to find the hole to put it in because it's black on black. I'd suggest to the manufacturer to put a white outline around the hole so you can instantly find it.

Good way to wear an insulin pump. Very comfortable for all day use.

This is okay. My pump tends to fall out. If I'm doing cardio exercise, my pump falls out. I have just been sitting and the pump falls out. I had to get another one that has zippers on it so the pump stays in place!
