I wish I could properly convey how absolutely life changing these are for me. I have a deviated septum that is so bad I cannot breathe through my nose to the extent necessary to fill my lungs. Realistically, I just need to have the surgery to fix my nose but I'm dragging my feet about it. In the meantime, I bought the trial pack to see if these would help at all and when I tell you I went from waking up choking because I couldn't breathe to sleeping the whole night, I mean it! I accidentally threw this little buddy away and it was back to waking up choking, waking up with my tongue and throat so dry and painful from mouth breathing, and horrible sleep. I just got the new pack today and almost instantly fell asleep. My husband was even shocked because I could actually sleep and stay asleep! I am so thankful for this little rubber dude or whatever it's made out of because this has given me my sleep back. Thank you!!!

I can’t imagine how anyone can sleep in these. They are not painful but definitely in the realm of discomfort. It does enhance breathing but not that much. I recommend against these.

My poor vacation roommates had to put up with my snoring last time, but this time they said, they never heard a peep out of me. It dilates the nasal passage so you can get more air, kind of like an apnea machine. Tried many products and This works once you get used to it.

What a great idea, too bad they don't work on my nose valves without slipping out. I do have a lot of drainage due to allergies at the present time.

Like my parents & grandparents, I’m a loud snorer, wake up with a dry throat and tongue, and (sorry!) drool on my pillow.These have instantly changed all of that. My snoring is so reduced that my partner has woken up wondering whether I was even there. I’m sleeping more deeply, and I don’t wake up with a dry tongue or wet spot on my pillow.Takes some getting used to, having something in your nose. But it’s WELL worth it. I’m ordering more for travel, family, etc.

Don’t work, even the smallest don’t fit.

The Airmax Nasal Dilators don’t fit properly. They don’t stay in place and often fall out during the night, making them ineffective for me

Total game changer. Might take a few weeks to get used to but worth it. I am sleeping better than I ever have. Worth trying in my opinion!Only giving it a 4 because I don’t love the blue. Wish it was clear or skin tone so that is harder to notice.
