8 pieces of 5ft Vertical E Track. It is designed for use in the trucking industry and is installed vertically on the walls of a trailer. It can also be used on the floor or horizontally on the walls of a motorcycle trailer - the slots are just positioned in a different direction, however there are fewer slots per foot. We RECOMMEND installing with 1/4" bolts, lock-nuts, and fender washers (wide diameter). We like to install two bolts (one on each side of the flange) every 12 inches. The "E" track does an excellent job of displacing the weight. Wood screws are OK to use for installation, however we recommend two screws every 6 inches for this application.
