Bland Tasting
OVERrated! Purity sells on the basis it is Keto friendly and uses the correct terms to support that. Nevertheless, it is tasteless and flat. My purified water tastes better. Additionally, there are other five other organic keto friendly coffees with better flavor and $10. less on average...... Don't waste your money.

This Is Excellent Coffee!
This coffee is magnificent. The price is wonderful, and the coffee smells excellent. It tastes good too. I love the fact that it has no pesticides, herbicides, nor mold. That is the best thing. But it's also great that it is medium-roast, not dark-roast coffee. I am very happy with my purchase, and I'll be buying this again when the bag is empty. I LOVE this coffee! : )

Does what it says it does
I was kind of skeptical about this, but I’ve been trying to switch out everything I eat for organic and non toxic varieties, and I figured since I drink coffee every day it was about time I found a better version. The first thing I noticed was that I can drink this on an empty stomach without getting a stomachache or jitters. It also has yet to make me feel anxious or sweaty like other coffees do. I would say the flavor isn’t my favorite — it’s not bad, I just had a favorite coffee previously and I don’t like this as much, but it’s good enough to make it worth it for the health benefits.

Love love love love love
It is important to me that my coffee be mycotoxin-free, third party tested for pesticides and heavy metals, in addition to mold. And, the environmental impacts of how the coffee is grown. I wanted shade-grown coffee for that reason. (Bird Friendly and/or Rainforest Alliance certified.)I found two coffees which fit those standards, and this is one of them. (Both make every other coffee I’ve bought in my life seem really substandard by comparison.)I didn’t know if I’d really taste the difference, from these mold-free, pure and third-party tested coffees. But the difference turned out to be undeniable, and even bigger than I had imagined.I prefer the lighter roasts, (lower acrylamide, and I like the flavor), so I bought “Protect”, the lightest roast (and highest antioxidant) beans. You know how sometimes people use flowery language to describe food or wine or whatever, and it seems overblown? Well, not in this case. This is how Purity described the “Taste Profile” of their Protect roast, and it is *exactly* how it actually tastes:Toasted hazelnutHint of brown spiceSweet, juicy notesNow, my Italian friend for whom food is like a family religion, and coffee like a sacrament, (I mean — she’s got a special coffee grinder that costs hundreds of dollars! See what I mean?!?), also loved Purity. (She goes for the dark roasts, so she got a different roast than I did.) She loved the other brand I found, too, but I think she loved the one she got from Purity even more.

Best and cleanest tasting coffee I have ever had
Definitely worth five stars. Pricey for sure but the elevation of mood and alertness is not a spike, you do not crash and there is no headache. It is incredibly smooth with fractional bitterness compared to any other brand I have tried. I hate the price, but the benefits I feel in comparison to my old brand are far better.
