This hose took awhile to arrive but it fit our vacuum perfectly and saved us having to buy a new vacuum. It works just fine!

Fit exactly like the original, if not better. Brought the suction back to life after dealing with a cracked hose. Color was also a perfect match. Shipped incredibly fast!! Very happy!

I bought a NV360 Shark vacuum 2 years ago and loved it until the hose started to rip. I found this replacement part for a great price and now my vacuum is like new. The only small mention is that the top red button is a bit hard to get it to click. Once I pushed down a bit it snapped in place.

This is just what I needed. Accurate description. Easy to attach. Color is accurate. Snug fit as it it was the original part. So far the quality and durability is great!

I am EXTREMELY disappointed in SHARK...When they had thier Navigator on sale, I jumped at it. I was excited to try Shark (I tend to go for the mid priced vacuum bc the higher price always disappoints...)The hose started tearing apart within months! I am not hard on my vacuums. So a few months in...I had my hose at the bottom TAPED together bc it was unraveling or tearing all the way up! Then not long after, the top part of the hose started doing the same thing so I had to hold the dang thing together to get the suction while I attempted to vacuum. SO I finally decided to replace the hose. No big deal right?? SO I ordered a hose replacement...perfect fit. Nope. Shark makes the stupid thing where you cannot just replace the hose! It's rediculous! SO I returned the hose replacement and ordered this. The color doesn't match of course, but it fits & works perfectly. It has the suction part, etc like the original. So at the moment, I give it 5 stars. HOPEFULLY it is better quality than SHARK! I will update of not.
