Amazing product
This has been a fabulous product. My friend has a reaaler worth over 300 that makes incredible but that was too big for my budget. So I explored all the options that her tea maker had and settled on this one. I am so glad I picked this one. It takes a little bit to tweak to figure out how to brew your teas. I started with the original setting and then adapted it for what I liked for taste. So I use a little less heat but a little more time. The tea comes out amazing. For the price I think it produces as excellent of a tea as her $300 plus maker did. I've only had it a little over a month I used it to make up to three pots a day and it is still functioning perfectly. I will say the only thing that's a little weird is that it will automatically pop on sometimes and just light up and make a little sound but it's not cooking it's not doing anything but it's just a little weird. Also I haven't fully figured out how to use the keep warm feature so I have to do some more exploring on that but otherwise I can't say enough about this tea maker it's been fabulous

Perfect Tea Every Time!
This tea maker has completely changed the way I brew tea at home. The Razorri Electric Tea Maker is not only beautiful with its glass and stainless steel design, but also super functional. I love that it has presets for different types of tea — now I don’t have to guess the right temperature or time. The automatic infuser is a game changer. It gently dips the tea leaves into the water and removes them at the right moment, so the flavor is always just right — never too strong or too weak. I also appreciate the “Keep Warm” function and the delayed start feature, which makes mornings so much easier.

Love it, except for a glitch
I was so excited to receive this! It seemed like it worked wonderfully, until I tried to make 3 cups of chai. The recipe called for 1 1/2 TBS per cup , so I put in 4 good table spoons. The weight of the herbs when wet, caused the mechanism to slip when it went back up the rod. That means that the screen can lower into the herbs, but it couldn't raise itself out of them. I'm not sure what to do about that, and may end up returning this. I will have to decide if I just have to make less tea at a time, and see if that is a problem with other herbal mixtures. It heats up water fast, the controls are intuitive and easy to use, and I was enjoying it. Edited: A Year later. I LOVE this teapot. I use 3 TBS of Chai mix, and am able to run it through two cycles, making four cups of chai at a time. It works well. This teapot has allowed me to perfectly brew tea at the proscribed temperature and time in the instructions, allowing me to taste the bouquets at the optimum flavor- and without a mess! This tea pot has opened up a whole new world of flavors for me. I am grateful for it every day I drink a perfect cup of tea.

Thrilled at how much better my tea tastes, consistently
I drink plenty of teas by the individual cup—black, green, white, oolong, genmaicha, Earl Grey—sometimes by teabag, mostly loose leaf in a steeper. I do use the proper temperature water with a variable temp electric water kettle. Often, I lose track of the steeping time and suffer over-steeped tea too often. So I was interested in this automatic tea maker when I saw it had the features rivaling the expensive Breville brand. For $109 on Amazon, this teamaker gives the $299 Breville a run for the money. The tea comes out steeped to perfection every time, once you have decided on the strength you prefer for each tea type and the amount of loose leaf tea to use. It is delicious, every time. If does make a minimum of 2 cups and a maximum of about 4 cups, so it’s not meant for a single cup of tea. I like that in addition to convenient pre-programmed tea types and strengths, you can also customize the temperature and time to whatever you want. And there is also a one-button setting for boiling up to 1.7 L water which worked flawlessly for me to make some chicken broth. For those that enjoy waking up to fresh brewed tea instead of coffee, there is a delayed start timer that should be very helpful. I am a fan of Breville and own several of their kitchen small appliances (smart convection portable oven, Sous Chef food processor, variable temperature water kettle, smart coffee burr grinder), so I was very interested in knowing whether another less expensive brand could come close. This Razzorri automatic tea maker satisfies me in every way that counts. It works exactly as advertised, with materials that are of sufficient quality, with features that allow you to make any kind of tea desired, with the consistency of making great tea every time. I am glad I purchased this product and would recommend to my tea-loving friends.

Excellent tea kettle.
Bought this for my wife who is quickly becoming an avid tea drinker. The main feature that made me choose this one was the option for a timed start. The description calls it a delayed start but you actually set the clock and then what time you want it to start brewing. I set it every day at night so its ready when she get up for work. The unit is easy to use and easy to clean. I have also used it just for making hot water which it does very well. In fact, we may be able to remove the electric kettle we have on the counter. So far it has worked perfectly. We even just put tea bags in there for some of the Asian teas we like that come pre bagged. Highly recommend this one.

Great Customer Service
First, this tea pot is a great alternative to more expensive products that have the same functionality. We all know the one I’m talking about. While it doesn’t have the same luxury feel it has the bells and whistles to match and worked pretty reliably for me for about 6 months of regular use. Around the 6 month mark the magnet in the basket track (the long metal part the basket attaches to in the teapot) seemed to have stopped working and the basket ended up sitting about half way down at best. And would often get stuck at the bottom which defeats the purpose of this teapot. I contacted customer service and after some troubleshooting they had me send a video showing the problem. A quick review on their end and they confirmed my purchase details and sent me a replacement. I hate when a product has issues but nothing makes me happier than effective and timely customer service and they absolutely have that. So this product and company have my vote of confidence and I recommend buying it if you are considering upgrading your tea experience.

Good item
I've had this for about 7 weeks and used it maybe 100 times. So far no real problems. The bottom of the pot stays discolored. Another reviewer posted a picture of it and mine looks the same. It can be cleaned off, but I usually don't bother and just rinse all the parts after use. The smell from some teas, such as peppermint tea, can linger on the top ring without full cleaning, but it doesn't affect the taste. A full cleaning requires filling the pot with vinegar and water and leaving it overnight. It works just as well for loose leaf or tea bags, in my experience. The minimum water level for tea is 17 oz, which is annoying since most recommended brewing methods for tea bags or loose leaf tea are for 8 oz of water. Also at 17 oz loose leaf tea will inflate until it is probably over the water line since the basket doesn't go all the way down. That said I haven't noticed any problems with that. I usually do 20 oz of water at a time, which isn't far above the minimum water line, and it seems to work fine. The keep warm function only goes for 30 minutes at 140 degrees max. If you start at a higher temp it will keep it at 140. One thing that maybe isn't obvious is that the temperature is maintained during the infusion process, at least somewhat. I know because it will start boiling again sometimes while infusing. So using this machine is a slightly different infusion process than a pour-over. I don't know if it makes any difference in the end. I payed a total of 125 for this machine and a 4-year protection plan. I think this is a knock-off of a machine that costs 2 or 3 times as much, but I don't see how that other machine is worth so much more. This seems to be well built and so far has worked just fine.

Good concept, poor execution
This kettle has everything people could want, the tea it makes is delicious and is simple to use once you read the instructions. There is a minor design flaw that I will get into later, the main problem is that the kettle will not stop heating up. Meaning that it will literally boil the water until it is spraying out the spout, it will not beep to alert you or be affected by a changed timer or temperature setting. Leading me to suspect that there is either a problem with the thermostat itself, or a fault on the PCB itself. Which brings me back to the minor design flaw that I mentioned earlier, the seam where the glass meets the metal of the base outside is not sealed with the gasket so tea will infiltrate that area and leave stains when it dries. This could be easily fixed if they either flared the base of the glass so that it creates more of an overhang, or instead change the overhang from the handle that retains the glass so that the glass can be removed to clean the base easier. Update: The last update I submitted is absent so I'll sum it up as; Razorri offered no customer support after contacting them about the faulty product either through Amazon or through their own customer service channels, Amazon facilitated a product replacement themselves. The replacement kettle actually works, which is nice. Remember that higher altitudes make water boil at lower temperatures, so the kettle will boil away trying to reach higher temperatures. Update: This kettle is starting to be extremely frustrating, the "E3" error in p[articular was put in place by either a single lackwit or a collection of them. E3 errors are described in their own manual, "All indicators will flash and buttons will not work if the water is less than the MIN line." A description that they have since removed from their manuals, so the kettles will show error codes that you cannot look up! Worse than that, this error will not only stop you from brewing tea since it cannot accurately measure the water level, the E3 error will lock up the kettle and will not resume function until you unplug the base. Which will wipe whatever custom settings you have. And let me tell you, short of catching your belt loop on a door-handle, few things will frustrate you more in the morning than a kettle that will not work in the morning because of poor design. That then beeps at you and locks up. If more problems and design defects keep popping up with this kettle I will not be returning it, I will be destroying it for catharsis.
