This Balsamic Vinegar is made with natural figs and our Balsamic Vinegar from Modena. Offers a harmony of rich and full of fig flavor, very tick almost like a glaze. Wonderful drizzled over ice cream, pound cake and berries. Reduce Fig balsamic over low heat with freshly ground black pepper and drizzle over pork or beef tenderloin.
