OUTSTANDING: THE MERCEDES BENZ of GHEE! FIVE STARS!
I have no good reason, but was just a little freaked out about it being goat milk ghee and the color being so white. But, since I know I don't do well on cow's milk products, even ghee, I figured it would be worth a shot to see if it agreed with me. OMG! It's delicious, and I am in love with it. The whole family uses this ghee exclusively now. When I eat dairy, seems to digest just fine, but I can't breathe well and weeze. Even when I eat ghess, (which is lactose free or has less lactose, etc.) Well, either way, I'm not expert on the constituents or anything. The bottom line is that is does not make me wheeze! seriously, I can't believe I can use this stuff and it's as if I am not even ingesting milk. Whatever reason for this, I may never know, but I know it's a healthier choice for me.The flavor is BETTER than any ghee I have had, Again I do not know why, but my whole family agrees with me.I bought the smaller version at first and have purchased this now too many times to count. Now I have ordered the larger sized to be delivered one time monthly with subscribe and save and delivered with my prime account. It's very affordable, and more economical. Would recommend this product.

Creamy and tasty
I ordered this based on reviews. It's made with goat's milk so I was hesitant. It is delicious. Creamy in texture with just a hint of flavor that let's you know it's from goat's instead of cows.I keep mine on countertop and dip my mini bagel in it each am. I left it out on an 80 degree day for 10 hours. It got softer but not liquid. It doesn't usually get left out but it won't last long enough to go bad.I will buy again and as long as it stays like how this brand is now I will never purchase another. This is only the third jar of ghee I have ever purchased and only the third brand.

MYSTERY SPICE
I have been using this ghee for years and sometimes buy it directly. I was shocked to see something that looks like rat poop on the bottom of jar. It is obvious that the quality of this product has plummeted. I just cancelled my subscription.

Best organic goat ghee ever! So tasty!
Oh Lord! Ever since I tried this organic goat milk ghee, no other exists for me! First I tried a small jar, and ever since I’m purchasing large one! It has a yummy taste and smell, I use it for my red caviar snacks (triscuits+this ghee+red caviar), and for my salmon soups, and sometimes when I crave I eat it straight (a teaspoonful or 2). It’s so healthy for you! Deliveries are always quick! Fresh product at all times! Packaged impeccably! Priced right! Last long!

Ghee 2 day delivery
I love the high quality product I always receive from Mt. Capra for my infant homemade formula. However this time it threw me off as it wasn’t in that half melted yet solid butter state that it usually came in- or at least look pure white. It was completely liquid had some red rusty look on bottom inside the glass jar. I was informed that it was carmalized and it’s ok to use. I didn’t like this jar I received but I guess it should be safe enough to use. I appreciate Mt. Capra reaching out to me about my concern. I have revised my review. Thankful for the formula you have created for my baby and other parents!

Yum!
This smells and tastes just as great as the more expensive Gold Nugget ghee that I had been buying. I stumbled upon goat ghee on accident and decided to give it a try. To me, it tastes the same as cow ghee, but is softer so it spreads more easily. I put this on some crispy rye toast with a sprinkle of sea salt and it makes a fantastic breakfast. I use it in all types of cooking as well and cannot tell the difference between this and cow ghee. It's all buttery goodness. I highly recommend this ghee!

It is good thank you
It is good thank you. Could I make a suggestion to use packaging with arrows on the outside to indicate that the contents needs to be in an upright position. When I received it, it was on its side and the ghee leaked all over the inside of the box, so I was minus some, but the taste is good
