I haven't slept so well in a long time

I'm so disappointed in the longevity of this mattress. It has not lasted and has a big dip in the middle of it. Cannot sleep on it anymore without back and hip pain. Really do not recommend it. I'm aware it was cheaper than other mattress but now know why. Ordered a replacement from a mattress company and can't wait to throw this one away.

Like others I was sceptical about the original price and the reduced amount, but as the reviews seemed very favourable, I decided to take a punt, the mattress we had bought previously was supposed to be of good quality but after a year it was clearly not the product it was made out to be, so as you can imagine I was a little unsure , my wife has had a bad back from the previous and had to spend a lot of the evening reading to get off to sleep then woke in the morning in pain, well the mattress arrived quicker than estimated delivery date, cardboard box had seen better days but the mattress was airvac packed with really strong polythene , when I went to pick up the box I was amazed at the weight so before struggling up the stairs I took it out of the box then used the stairs to slide the package still in the polythene. I removed the old mattress and read the instructions before opening the wrapping, I knew what to expect when I opened as the previous mattress was memory foam. It opened like an inflatable life raft and soon took its shape, the instructions advised to leave the mattress for a couple of hours to allow to reshape, this was good info , I think it said twelve hours should see it fully resized, the mattress is a Kingsize and fitted the bed perfectly, the height is as described a full 300mm depth, if you like me were not sure which side is which Summer/ Winter then just remember the winter side is the squares pattern whereas the summer side is a striped or lined effect. It is advised to rotate the mattress every thirty days. Then obviously turn over for Summer or winter to suit your situation but remember to rotate every thirty days. The first night we both laid the mattress you could feel its firmness but it was really comfortable, obviously worrying about the next morning and how my wife slept was playing on my mind , so with much trepidation I asked the question and was told an excellent nights sleep was had . So I have asked again after a week and my wife said that she goes to sleep in minutes now and is so comfortable doesn't want to get out in the mornings. My thought "Job Done". I too have found it to be a supportive and very comfortable mattress, the price is amazing too, very good to have a product that is made and delivered from Europe too rather than the Far East which helps the carbon footprint a little. If you don't like a firm mattress it will possibly not suit everyone , otherwise go get one.

This is an excellent quality mattress. Made of high quality materials. Can take a couple of days to get used to it as it can be quite firm. However a great night's sleep is had.My only issue is that it's not as deep as stated. I purchased the 21cm deep and when measured it's only 19cm. Overall a decent quality mattress for the price.

Nice and firm just what we wanted and got to size in just a couple of minutes

I bought this mattress because I am on a budget, and this seemed like a good option out of all the others I'd seen around. It arrived five days after my purchase, and as soon as I unrolled the package and cut the plastic open the mattress started "inflating" until it took its original shape in less than two minutes (but I still made sure to wait about 12 hours before laying on it, just as a precaution). So far I think it's a great mattress. Didn't smell like anything, like some people said it might, and although it says it's extra firm I feel like it's actually the perfect balance between not too soft and not hard as a rock; I sleep mostly on my side and it's very comfortable. I'm really glad I bought it and didn't spend £300+ on something else.Overall I think it's a really good mattress, and I have zero regrets so far; I'm impressed with how good it is, given how much it cost me.1YO UPDATE: I'm getting a new mattress, unfortunately. I began noticing a few months ago that the mattress was sagging where I slept in the most, and turning the mattress around solved the issue only for a couple of months more. When I lie down I can feel where it kinda sunk in, and given that I'm not a heavy person at all (less than 70kg) and I don't share the mattress with anyone else I don't feel like it should have started giving in like this after so little time. I'm not super upset about having to get a new mattress so soon because I kept my expectations fairly low when I first bought it due to the price tag and the few negative reviews I saw, but it's still a shame.Final thoughts: if you're not short on money and can afford dishing out £150 more for a better memory foam mattress (like the Nectar or the Emma) I'd highly recommend that you do that instead of getting this one.

Bought this Feb 2020. Changing today. Was comfortable and firm for first couple of years. Needed rotating a lot over last 18 months. Now I am getting bad hip ache as I sleep at an angle, being 10.5 stone and rolled into my (16 stone) husband's dip. Nothing to be done but replace. Perhaps expected for the money!Will try hybrid next time.
