No Returns, No Refunds on this Item...
I received my Werther's Original Cocoa Creme Soft Caramels and they are a melted mess... It is over 90 degrees right now where I live. I guess this product is non-returnable - Out $16.00 - Not Much, But it all matters...Huge Disappointment...

I received werthers hard caramels though I ordered soft cocoa filled. Though they are always good I was a bit disappointed that I did not receive what I ordered

Similar to the Werthers Eclairs but softer caramel, which is much easier - and safer - on crowns!Well worth the 3.50 or so price range for the 2.22 oz size of the bag,
