These are quite lovely and fairly durable! I bought these so I could have something simple and compact on the hotter days. I just didn't want to have one of those electric fans; though there are some that aren't battery powered and recharge with a cord but I've seen them die on my friends at the park. Plus I used to have one when I was young though that one was much nicer (it was a gift)My son even liked them! He got rough with one and ended up tearing the fan making it useless and the one I keep in my purse lost its tassel after a year of use (i still use it though :3 ). I still have the other 2 and even though they're fairly cheap I'm grateful they're nothing like those awful plastic toy fans. The wood was fairly smooth and the art lovely.

Decently priced and functional. I would recommend for a larger purse, but they're nice to have on hand especially in the summer.

The fans are pretty and work well as a far as cooling yourself down. Pros: compact, pretty, move air very well. Cons: delicate, don’t open and close smoothly and easily, bamboo can splinter.

I do historical reenactment, and many of our events are held outside, often in hot weather. Having on of these handy makes the heat more bearable without resorting to modern battery fans.

These are so pretty. Great deal for the price. I get intense hot flashes and need something to fan it away. These are perfect for it. I keep one in my bag, one in the car, one in my husband’s car and the other one at home. Every time I use it other women compliment my fans and ask where I got it from.Well made and easy to open and close.I will definitely buy from them again.
