Have had them for a few years and still going strong. They have survived more than a few beatings, from rain, mud, and even some pretty nasty drops! Definitely a quality product

Took it airsofting. Worked perfectly, I like how there’s somewhat a directional hearing feature with the headphones. Electronic hearing is crisp. No echo sound like the Walker rangers. Sounds and feel as good as Peltor headsets. Radio works excellent with clear transmission. Just give the talk button a split (.3 sec) to activate as I noticed it wasn’t instant. But that’s not a big deal at all because the value I’m getting from these so far is definitely worth it. They click “in and out” to fit snug on your ears or sit flush with the helmet to be able to rotate them out of the way. They also come with gel ear cups with makes all day wear very comfortable even with safety glasses and a face mask on.I hope it holds up… will only update if something not good happens, if I haven’t updated this post then they’re still rockin’ and rollin’.

look for $160 bucks and paired with UV-5R for prep, community coms, and overall shooting and noise cancelling use, these are super, they hold up, easy to use and parts are interchangeable when you get an $800 pair, very happy!

Absolutely perfect. It survived a 72 hour mountain ruck march where it rained, it was dusty and windy, and it survived a wind funnel, I never had to change batteries and the mike never faltered. I wish I could get a second pair for free to give out to someone to try lol! Absolutely a great purchase!

yeah they "work" but the environment mics have a lot of noise, very hollow sound, hard to hear and understand people standing right next to you, let alone have spatial/directional awareness. The audio ducking for protecting your hearing from loud noises is STUPIDLY sensitive. My own voice or someone within 5 feet of me at a normal conversation volume will trigger it to mute the mics. Stepping on some glass or brushing dirt off your arm will even do it. its ridiculous. With everything you do, you're just bouncing in and out of deafness...
