Smooth, minty toothpaste. Whitens well making it effective for every day use. It is more expensive than regular toothpaste, but I buy it frequently due to it working well for me.

Does keep your teeth white. I’ve used it for years and wouldn’t use anything else. I do have to say they must have changed the formula because it’s runny and the other formula was the consistency thicker like normal toothpaste.

I have used Rembrandt D for many years -- it is the only (and I've tried many) toothpaste which does not cause the inside of my mouth to peel after using. It is getting harder to find it in local stores and I've been ordering from Amazon for several years. The last order of two tubes, delivered in Jan. 2020 had an exp. date of Mar. 2020. It's now April 2020 and I've just opened the second tube, which is officially already out-of-date. (To be clear, I re-order when I open the second tube of the previous shipment so I don't run out.) The tubes are half-full (a necessity, according to the manufacturer's information on the box), which annoys me -- I'd prefer a larger tube which would, even half-full, last longer. Of course as things go, my first review is written with complaints even though I really like this product and intend to keep using it but I do want longer-dated shipments.

I found Rembrandt toothpaste years ago and have been hooked on it ever since. The flavor is awesome because if you eat or drink right after it things do not taste as awful as they do with other toothpaste. The mint flavor is not overpowering either. I hate mint so this is good. This actually tastes decent. The whitening capability is the best thing about this toothpaste. I have run out of this toothpaste before and can actually see the difference when I do not use this for about a week. I think it is better at preventing plaque and stuff too. Since I started using this I feel like my teeth have stayed healthier. It is definitely more expensive, but worth it.

So for whitening I've been using it for a week daily now and I do see some brightening but nothing significant. I guess I'll update my review amount out again. I don't like still how dry it makes my mouth after brushing but I like the after taste and long freshness.
