So happy with this purchase, it great chef knife, I like cooking a lot, so I have different types of knives in my kitchen, but this knife easily beats the other knives for its awesome performance, if you are a home cook, this is what you gotta have, this chef knife will help your cutting job be much easier. Comes very sharp, It feels very solid and is balanced well weight-wise, the handles have a good amount of weight to it that makes holding it intuitive and gives off a good balance and easy to hone. Good quality German steel, the blade is high carbon and very hard, which is naturally more durable than cheaper steel, if you used any of the cheap steel kitchen knives before using the german steel knife, you will feel the big difference between the two. Slicing meats is as easy as cutting butter, incredibly sharp, and very smooth, just put the light force down on the chef knife, and it cut smoothly. With a wood handle, attractive-looking, and premium wood, it's may not dishwasher friendly, but the sheath is a sweet spot. This has been put on my repeat purchasing list once I need another knife or if I gotta buy a gift for my family, overall, good value for the money.

We used it for watermelon, it was an amazing feeling, we never have had this amazing sharp kitchen knife before, and hope I have found it earlier, so it's great to find for now. We cook at home almost every day, this chef does a great job of preparing meals. Good weight and well balanced, never feel shifting or slipping on hands, the grip is great as well. I was not so confident to try a new brand, but this company totally surprised from all despite. The knife packed so nicely, and I am considering ordering another one for my mom as a gift, also need to mention the materials of this chef knife are durable, details of craftmanship really tell the quality is premium, and can't find a defect at all, glad to recommend this chef knife, price is the pretty fare, you won't be disappointed at the quality and you will like it as much as I do.

The media could not be loaded. My chef knife was delivered today, it come with a very nice gift box which totally surprised me. I tried it tonight to prepare dinner, wow, it's really amazing. First of all, the knife looks premium made, pretty nice, high quality, the blade is extremely sharp, I used it for vegetables, way much better than the knives I bought before. The balance is great, not too heavy, not too light, and comfortable grip. I liked the handle, it says Pakkawood handle, and I feel it is very durable. 8 inches is a good size for a chef knife as well, and it's the first time that I buy a German Steel kitchen knife, totally surprised by the excellent performance, definitely recommend it to those who really want to have a good kitchen knife. Most importantly, this chef knife comes with a sheath, it's really a considerable design to protect the blade. I will keep using this knife.

I ordered the 8-inch chef knife, it is the first time that I try this new brand. The knife is perfectly fitted in a stylish box that is well protected and packaged, and the blade is protected with a sheath that didn't happen to those knives I bought before, actually, I do need a sheath for my knife, so I think this is for a good gift option to someone who likes to cook or wants a professional knife. It says made of German steel and I tested it on vegetables and fruits, it's amazing, very very very easy to cut and super sharp, it's also excellent to cut all meats, the blade is thick enough to feel durable. I like the handle very much because it looks like premium material and grips comfortable, I used to use a plastic handle, and this chef knife feels way much better than the plastic handle that I use before. The price is reasonable for that quality knife. Recommended !!!!

It's sharp and balanced so perfect. Cuts effortlessly through onion, tomatoes, garlic, peppers, and meat. The handle is a pakkawood which makes it easy to hold and use even when your hands are wet. Light for its size and love the simplicity. There's no need to spend hundreds of dollars on a chef knife for the average cook, this chef knife willdo the job perfectly.

I was shocked at how great this chef's knife is based on it's cost. Thin edge cutting is balanced, sharper, maneuverable and more precise during cut. The handle has a more ergonomic shape and the blade is under the handle a little bit which gave me more control chopping onions. I am happy with another major plus that it is easy to clean.I think I don't have to buy another one in the future, that's why buying high quality in the first place makes so much sense. love this sharp knife!
