Ample amount for the price, great for guinea pig cages
I use these pellets in my guinea pigs' cage under a fleece blanket. They work great to control smell and absorb urine. When I clean the cage, I wash the fleece in a zippered bag and scoop out any wet sawdust from underneath, then mix around what's left and add more if needed. Every couple months I swap the whole thing out for fresh pellets. These pellets last a good while and do the job! They're incredible at absorbing ammonia odor and releasing just a nice woodsy smell as they get wet. I price compare the different packages when it's time to buy more. I haven't noticed a quality difference between the brands, so I just choose whatever is currently the cheapest per ounce. This one won this time! It's got enough in the box for two full uses, so that's good value and easier than buying several small bags. The pellets are loose in the box, which is more eco-friendly, but be cautious not to spill them everywhere as you open it. These pellets were well formed, not broken or dusty. I put a few too many in at first, but they were easy to scoop back into the box. They smell nice as usual, like being in a carpentry shop. The guinea pigs seem to like them. 5/5 wheeks!

Great litter box bedding
We use this for our Flemish Giant. It really keeps the smell down and does not get tracked out of the litter box.

Great litter
Works well for rabbit litter box, great value. Rabbit appears to like it, appears to be very similar to what is advertised. Soaks up urine well, there can be some smell (hard to say due to strong smell of rabbit urine).

Use for chicken run to get rid of rain water - but over priced
These are amazing I use them before a storm and it soaks up all the rain in the chicken run without any mess update - I love these - but if you have to buy often they are not a good deal at all and you are wasting money. It is convenience only - you can get at tractor supple for $7 for 40 pounds.. so I am knocking a star off.. these are WAY over priced .

This litters aweeeeeeesome
These are the only litter i can use for my rabbit and guinea pigs, its soft doesnt stain the litter box doesnt hurt their feet doesnt smell chemically or bad once they pee in it, it is very durable and lasts awhile in the box maybe about two weeks before decomposing my pets love it, the size of the box is perfect and its not even that expensive

So absorbent you have to use way more of it, which come out to a very pricey litter
Doesn’t last very long because of HOW absorbent it is. Take that how you may. I have a rabbit & we basically have to empty his litter box almost every day with this litter. I miss the Oxbow brand, but was forced to switch because they don’t make it anymore. This stuff is more expensive and we use way more of it. It does help the smell, but for the price, not worth it.

This is a great buy!
This is a a life saver (or perhaps a smelly house saver;). I have two rabbits and these pellets absorb the smell of urine wonderfully. Just to give you an idea of my set up- I purchased a stainless steel pet litter box, place these pellets (one layer) on the bottom and then the stainless steel grate is on top so my bunnies haven’t actually stood on the pellets directly. I would say that if you don’t have some kind of barrier between your pets feet and the pellets, it will become very messy, since once the pellets get wet enough from the urine they do break apart and it’s becomes more of a challenge to keep the area clean. The smell of the pellets is very pleasant. I change it out twice a week.
