The head harness for performing neck exercises is very sturdy and sit tight on the head thanks to the chin strap. You also can make adjustments to fit your head, but you still have to buy the right size for you. I am very pleased with the product.

Good product, especially when paired with resistance bands. Saves a ton of money compared to other products on the market. You just need to get a little creative.

This is a good product and I have now used it many times with up to 15#s of plates. From an old accident, I have some atrophy on the right side of my neck, only I notice this but the harness has really helped me balance and improve my neck muscles in a very short time. The side and back movements are no problem but when the weight is on the rear loop for front neck work the headpiece does shift, I just gently apply finger hold pressure on the top edge of the front of the strap, (my forehead) and perform that movement and it works fine. Make sure the headband is tight and make sure the chin strap is tight and you will be all set. Of course, all the funny looks from the family and comments like, "are you getting into bondage" are all part of the fun.

It's just very flimsy/cheaply made. The chin strap is very awkward and doesn't stay in place. Sorry, returning.
