Item opened and no protective plastic on battery cover which is scratched, clearly a used item

Treated myself to this for a landmark birthday. Unusual colour (light blue) and strap design, and of course the lovely Swarovski swan logo and diamanté trademark. Love it. I agonised over spending the money but don’t regret it one iota.

Lovely watch. Unfortunately, was badly scratched on back which looked like it was done when changing the battery. Not acceptable for a ‘new’ watch. In fact, it didn’t even look new as the presentation was not as it should have been eg tags removed, no protective plastic cover on front and back. Returned.

J'ai déjà acheté ce modèle dans d'autres coloris. Elle est superbe, La couleur est un mauve très clair.

En sólo cuatro meses ya se está cayendo la pintura interior de la esfera.Y eso dándole trato de señorito. Ni agua, ni puesto para trabajar. Sólo buen trato.No lo recomiendo. Decepción.

War ein Geschenk für meine Frau. Ich als Mann war sogar überrascht wie schön diese Uhr funkelt und glänzt. Jemand der eine sportliche aber auch ausgefallene Uhr sucht, ist hiermit gut bedient. Ich bin auf jeden fall bei meiner Frau wieder Ihr "Hero". - Dank Swarovski ! ! ! 👌😃
