I’m the type to always get a hardcover when I can. But for some reason, I got a paperback for this one and it was actually amazing, better than I expected. The book itself is interesting. Though the part 1 is just basic-experiment-neuroscience stuff, the part 2 and other parts of the book have so much to teach; like reasons behind social anxiety, how the brain shapes our opinions, and other information that might help you understand and take charge of your brain. There might be a better book out there if you’re interested in understanding the brain. But this book is a good start, I’m enjoying it so far. 7/10.

I like the book. I like how Moukheiber explains many terms in a short book. Moukheiber gets to the point rather than saying too much jargon. I do feel the writing lacks some flow to the paragraphs but still a very good read

Clear recommendation for anyone interested how human brains work and how to get conscious about it. Helps a lot to understand yourself as well as all those crazy people around you
