I ordered these for my 35 year old replacement windows because the original latches were breaking in half and needed replaced. I was not sure if these would work but for the price I decided to try. These are plastic and from China. The same latches from a USA MFG were priced at 6 for $50.00. Long story short, these plastic latches worked just fine, so I bought 20 more.

These were easy to install and so far are working.The window in our office had the little track hooks built in but they were broken off when we bought the house. We couldn’t open the window or it would fall inward.These keep it in the track and now I can have some fresh air flow when I’m working.

I replaced two and it was super easy.

This is a wonderful set of many latch locks! We needed to replace almost every window in our old house. The springs were missing in some of these. If you need to use them all, you may be short also.I am happy with the quality of these and how easy it is to install them. The 40 quantity made it easier to get the job done with one order! We will know in time if there are issues. No issues with them yet!
